Owner charges standard charge of $45 + $5 extra for EVs because it’s “inconvenient” for them to send the car through the sketchy unmanned car wash tunnel they send cars down in neutral. Owner could simply hire an extra employee or optimize his workforce better than taking the easy route and charging customers extra for their inconvenience. You’re in California! There are EVs everywhere! Bad business practice - change it!

I Evan pay them extra to do hand wash on the car the don’t even wipe my car truck not honest workers and they charge enough too but on return they do this not a good place

I went for my Tesla car wash today 5/22/2024, i took a $50.99 wash and i chose Jasmine as a freshener, they did not clean the carpet as well and neither freshener was put. Also post the wash the lift gate (Trunk) was not opening it was just unlatching which was opening earlier where i saw the service people vacuuming my trunk, when we asked the car washing people what has happened they were not ready to talk to us the owner/manager (old guy) was just trying to shoo away us without even getting into a conversation. He was too arrogant to even talk to us and was just trying push us out. Very unprofessional and also too arrogant thinking his shop is the only place they wash tesla cars. I am sure they have done something and trying avoid a discussion just pushing us to go to tesla showroom. I highly recommend DO NOT GO TO WASH HERE THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HAVE A BETTER SERVICE. THEY ARE UNFIT TO BE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY. THEY DO NOT OWN ANY DAMAGES OR ISSUES CAUSED DURING THE WASH THEY CAN WRECK YOUR CAR AND DO NOT OWN AS WELL. They might reply saying i did not take service hence attaching my receipt for the service. I would have given 0 star but Google do not allow that

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the great customer service and equally impressed by the great job they did on the car. I will be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this car wash.

I want to start this by saying it’s not the fault of the workers, the problem is 100% the management. The Deluxe and Premium has no difference and the premium costs $5 more. Dashboard is never fully wiped down, and streaks/dirt is always still left on the outside. Instead of taking responsibility the manager will just sit there and say “you’re wrong you’re wrong”. He pretended to wipe down the interior and started screaming at his employees to come over and finish. He should’ve just taken responsibility, wiped down the dashboard, and refunded the $5 since he knows that he’s charging more for no extra value. Manager mentioned for me to take my business elsewhere after saying I was a liar for 10min. I definitely will take my business elsewhere, and you should too. I feel bad for the workers having to deal with such an abrasive and rude manager.

I’ve been going here for a while and it’s been ok. Today they decided to charge me $20 extra for “extra water” because my car was dirty. It wasn’t extraordinarily dirty. Just what you’d expect after driving around on the freeway in the rain. I have a few more prepaid vouchers for this place and then I’ll stop coming here.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took my car for wash, inside and out and after $45 it was marginally better. The outside was definitely cleaner but still had smudge marks on both doors. The inside was hardly touched. There was still dirt on the mats, front and back, dust and crumbs on the center console, the dash wasn't even dusted. The windscreen was still dirty. And the trunk was never vacuumed. Don't waste your money!

Worst place for car wash. Went here and after paying 50$ for cleaning. The car was not cleaned properly I could see stains on the car and inside. After telling them that it’s not clean properly the old guy there started shouting saying that we are insulting him and his workers by telling then they have not done their work properly. After telling them that’s what I paid for. He said it’s the best they have provided. Don’t waste your money by going there.

I could have given a zero star if that was possible. The owner was very disrespectful and didn't even listen to a word I said. The car was not cleaned properly. Had stains, water marks and spots all over the place. The interior was not cleaned at all. I requested him the service people to please take a look and atleast help taking care of the issues that were clearly visible. The owner was not ready to listen a single word and started saying my guys won't touch anything and you should be happy with what we have done. He was being rude and not ready to cooperate.I think the rating for this place is justified

Came here for carpet cleaning for my Odyssey. They said it's $300. I don't know what they do for $300 so I walked out. I already saw the poor reviews so I did not want to take the risk.

After finishing the car wash inspection, I pointed out few dirty spots. The guy didn't care to put any effort in there and said can not clean it. I said, why I should come back? His answer was don't come, we don't want you either.Poor job and no customer service.Services: Auto detailing

Was referred to this place by a friend of mine. He gets his truck washed here regularly. My experience however was not great. Tesla is charged flat $50 for cleaning. Don't know the reason.With that pricing I was expecting a near flawless cleaning. However when I got the car the vacuum wasn't done properly for both front and rear seats. Some parts on the outside of the car were still wet. Best of all, there was dry tissues and candy wrappers, that could've been vacuumed, were still all there.Overall, not worth the cost at least for a Tesla owner.

I feel really bad leaving this review, because on a personal level the people that either own or run this business have always been pleasant to deal with. They actually seem like nice people.Unfortunately there's some issues, primarily since the pandemic they have obviously been forced to raise their prices, probably in order to stay in business. I can sympathize, since it also hits my pocketbook, and it wouldn't be so bad if they provided the same level of service that they always used to.Equally as unfortunate, it seems that over the years the quality of the wash itself has gone on a drastic downward trend. If you're going to charge folks 60 bucks to wash a car, then the least you could do is make sure that the windshield is clean. Good grief I know these people work hard to clean cars, but an 8-year-old could have done a better job cleaning the windshield and the windows than my last service.They did an okay job on my carpets, but the inside there was still spots of dust all over the internal molding and armrest. I guess they must have had an off day.

Pleasanton hand car wash did a great job on my car recently. I had parked under a tree in downtown Pleasanton overnight and, the next morning, I found my car covered in tree sap!! Please see the pictures of before and after. It was so bad that I thought I was going to need a new paint job. I drove straight to the car wash and discussed situation with the owner of the car wash. He said it was very important to get the sap removed immediately to avoid any damage. He got my car right in to get it washed and did some extra treatments to get all the sap off. They were super nice and responsive, and the results were awesome!! I would highly recommend this place!
