Today, I was denied my booster covid shot even though I had the appointment. The doctor at the counter denied saying they can't look through the confirmation number and asked me to search for cancellation which obviously I didn't get it. This happened where the whole world is struggling with the pandemic. I thought this should have been a doctor's top priority but seems like they wanted to run home soon. Highly uncooperative.
