called to see if a dress was still there. they gave a very vague description and were generally unhelpful. decided to just go in person, but when i got there, they were closed even though it was an hour before they were supposed to close (as said on maps, yelp, & their website).

40% off signs were confusing and placed on lots of areas that doesn't apply. Wasted my time; more than half of the stuffs I picked out were put back at check out. I approached the cashiers twice today and both times I was not happy with the customer service. First time I approached because I had a question, and the two people behind the registers were two busy talking to each other and ignored me. Took them almost a minute to acknowledge me and helped me. Second time was when I was ready to check out. Again, the same two people were still talking to each other and I was still being ignored for almost a minute then Jessica said 'I can help you over here'. I asked if my stuffs were 40% off and she said only the tops, so I told her I didn't want the other stuffs that were not on sale. She then asked if I mind to put the ones I don't want on the rack that's to her right about 5-10 feet away. I was physically capable of walking over and put the dresses there, so I said sure and walked over and did her job for her by putting my discards on rack for her. She was not busy! Was she just lazy? This is the first time a cashier asked me to do her job. At other stores when customers don't want anything at checkout the cashier just hold on to them and later put them back to the sections where things belong... Management needs to train the staffs better! A simple smile to greet customers is definitely encouraged. Gossip on your breaktime; dont make customers wait! Treat them with respect!

I placed an order online to pick up here. I don't know if it was related to the store, but I was cancelled without much notice that apparently the item was out of stock when I've been waiting over a week for it. Customer service was also terrible.

Went in for an exchange/ return. Customer service is unlike I've ever had in any US store. Subpar is an understatement.

Not that anyone shops here for high end expectation's but dang, downhill quick! I am not above this store at all and was looking for a band tee and concert attire. Store was clean-ish. Not a ton of clothes on the floor, displays and racks in decent order but fitting rooms were all closed and half the store smelled strongly of weed. I don't care too much about that but, it was pretty strong and laughed at my imagination of it coming from the employees smoking in the mysteriously closed fitting rooms. Anyways, the employees need to brush up on customer service basics. I had a handful of clothes and was taking my time browsing around. An older woman came up to me saying the fitting rooms were closed but I had so many days to return.. took me a second to realize she worked there, lol! I was like ok, thanks! She asked if I was going to try the clothes on? I replied saying no since I saw they are all closed and you just confirmed that. She said ok, I just wanted you to know and kind of stood a few feet away from me. I honestly don't know what her angle was but, I slapped my stack of clothes on the display table and walked back upstairs to pay for my dumb shirts that I was now mad I found there. Lady in front of me arguing with cashier. Cashier taking it ok and acting fine. Issue gets moved along and I end up checking out my items with said cashier. Cashier : do you want a bag? Me: no, I have one. Cashier: Rings me up and I see her scan the bag barcode. She prints my receipt, puts it on top of my folded shirts and slides them my way and said to have a good day. Me: I didn't want a bag but, I see you charged me for it so, I guess I get the bag.. Cashier: oh ya sorry I forgot, here *hands me bag* I can't with these people who do shady stuff and just do not care. Nothing there I can't find online.

Terrible! Horrible return policy. Not helpful. Will never shop here again. Get current Forever 21 and allow people to present the credit card they used. I predict you'll be out of business within a year

It’s just a typical Forever 21. The prices are mostly fair, great selection of clothing. The only issue is the staff here. The staff here are just incredibly rude, but if you don’t mind ignorant people, it’s a great place to buy clothes.

Usually I love this store but the minute I need customer service that's where they fall short. My card said "declined" but I knew there was money in my acct. so my daughter paid from her phone. Meanwhile, I get charged anyway. Before I left the store I made sure the clerk knew my acct was charged, she insisted it was only "pending" and will be reversed.. it wasn't. I came back. They did nothing. I disputed it w my bank. Moral of the story, their little machine is not synced w the register and I wonder how many people they have ripped off. Further more, allow employees some empowerment to satisfy the customer. FFS. So disappointed.

The lines here are extremely long, the store is thrown all over, and there isn't any staff to clean or assist. Not entirely the workers faults. It's busy and they're understaffed. I get it. Unacceptable on the management behalf. These people work hard for no support.

This crazy looking girl with bleached blonde hair needs to be fired. I find their clothes smaller than what the size actually says. I grabbed $5 worth bicycle shorts and I didn’t feel the need to try them at the store. I realized they were way too tight, and I wanted to EXCHANGE….with the TAG ON. This lady proceeds to tell me “next time you return/exchange don’t wear them & to not remove the tag” … what are you on
