Just want to give a shout out to Arpit, my trainer, for what an amazing trainer he is. Have been training with him over a year now and I used to bench with 1 plate (don’t laugh) and now I bench with 2 plates. Could not do one pull up and now I can crank out 7 reps. He focuses on increasing not just weights but with good technique based on my strength level and I see my perf. increasing with each passing month. This gym has great infrastructure and he makes sure I do utilize variations of hitting the same muscle groups in different ways.

This gym and team exceeds my expectations!!!! It is hard to find a gym that meets all your needs. The entire staff and team are very friendly. They have nice variety of weight and cardio machines to select from. It’s never over crowded and the station I want to use is always available. So you can get in and get out if you are in a rush. The 8:30am Pilate instructor is awesome and plays the BEST music playlists! The Asst. Manager Julius patiently went over all the private training sessions with me. The Manager Aaron really stepped up in helping me reach my wellness goals with my trainer Denise. Much love and appreciation to the VIM & VIGOR TEAM!!!! Keep doing what your doing!

Worst gym ever, I paid 2 year never went once. When I realized they never cancel my membership like they were suppose to I called to cancel and they were asking me for an extra 105 dollar, I refused to paid after paying them for 2 years for their own mistake. They sent me to collections for 105 dollars.
Terrible gym, terrible customer service, SCAM.
Go to a real gym not this crap.

V&V ended our relationship with -1 day notice. They have unethical management and practices. They ended it “because” they are not affiliated with fitness 19 and have got sued by them. They told me I couldn’t come as of yesterday??? I go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
Where’s a notice, no emails, no signs, nothing!! They began to sell me on their memberships?? They provided no recourse for their actions.
Then say take it up with fitness 19 as if they have no obligations for their ongoing contracts. And not talk about the problem at hand, no due notice?? I signed up the premium membership to go to this gym that was closest to me.
I saw them doing this to other members and trying to sell them. I don’t care if they got sued by fitness 19 they need to take of their prior obligations correctly. Unethical management, not a good start for a rebranded gym.
I’d very careful getting a “lifetime membership” or something else unless you want to get probably screwed with them

See other reviews about lifetime memberships not valid anymore. This is a Ponzi scheme. Sign up as many members with a low lifetime rate. Then sell off the business to a new company that will have their own rules and suddenly your lifetime membership is no more valid

Update: the manger, Joe (he is not the same manager I met before), called me and authorized the refund. The refund is not yet in my account, but I was impressed for his quick action. Because of his quick response, I raised back my rate 1 to 4.
Original review: My sons and I enrolled at the same day and set the automatic payment option using same bank account.
However, somehow they put wrong information, changed late fees. I called but it was never answered. I came in person but couldn’t meet the manager. I waited a several days and finally was able to talk with the manager. They said all information was corrected. But now again, some error on the my account AGAIN and they charged late fee AGAIN! And of course I cannot meet the manager since there’s only receptionist who said he cannot do anything. It is so so frustrated. Anyone who join this gym, watch out how much they charge you.

All of a sudden they have changed the terms to my lifetime membership. Very unsatisfied. They recently changed their membership and no longer offer reciprocity with the other facilities in the immediate area. This was one of my primary draws to joining the gym as the Pleasanton location didn't offer everything yet the neighboring Livermore and Dublin facilities augmented their insufficiencies.
