I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. The person at the counter was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, he made the entire process difficult and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when people rely on FedEx for important shipments. I hope management takes steps to ensure better treatment of customers in the future. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I think they have my ID but FedEx has no way to actually call that store to ask if they have it. Literally, no way to call them.

I came here with a last minute order. My close family member had passed away and I needed to print a large order of funeral programs same day. I was an emotional wreck, but I was met with such kindness I almost cried in the shop. I was lucky that Jammie was behind the counter because she so gently guided me through the process, step by step to get the service expedited, then checking to make sure the printing quality was exactly as I wanted. I could barely hold myself together and I’m so grateful to Jammie for her thorough attention to detail to help me have a beautiful program pamphlet and to her gentle handing of me. It was an extra-ordinary experience.

Wouldn’t even help me pick up a package early cause he said he was the only one working there so he can’t leave the front desk, even though parking lot was empty and I was the only customer there.

This is a terrible place to visit. I went here to try to drop off a package. When I arrived inside, there was not one person in sight so I rang the bell that was there. I must have rang it 10-15 times before someone came out and said everyone is on a break right now. I've never been to a place where every single employee was on a break and a "driver" who doesn't know how to operate the front tells me to come back in 15 minutes when I was already there for 10 minutes. We're better off dealing with robots.Customer service has gone down so much.

This review is for the lady at the front desk! A fed ex delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address. After making a claim, I went in to see what fed ex can do since the driver came from this location. The lady working the front desk was super helpful and was able to even track down where it was scanned. Your kindness and hardwork doesn't go unnoticed. I really appreciate you!

They are very efficient at FedEx. In and out in 5 to 10 minutes is typical.

Easy place to drop off FedEx packages in addition to Kinkos near HD in Pleasanton. Office located right off the 680 and Stoneridge Exit.
