This is my favorite place. They have come through on more than 1 occasion when other Enterprise branches have failed me. I called from another branch (Tracy), who let me go all the way there after reserving a car only to say they didn't have one. The guy said no problem leave now and I will stay late to wait for you and find you something and he did. That's customer service. When I got a Mini Van at another branch and was never going to drive a Mini Van, this branch let me drive it there and trade it for something my speed. They are friendly and professional. Juan even helped me figure out the Bluetooth connection before I left. 100% my go-to Enterprise car rental, and I live in Patterson. Excellent group of people. Dont waste time. Go straight to the best! Thank you, Pleasanton Enterprise!

Great customer service, but the cars needs to be checked thoroughly before renting it out. I rented a car and as soon as I got home the tire indicator light came on, ended up there was a nail in the tire.Then the engine light came on as well.

Enterprise Pleasanton has a wide variety of cars, all very clean and well maintained. They have a great customer service, the staff is very friendly and flexible and there is no pressure to purchase additional insurance and services.

My experience with enterprise in Pleasanton was great. The location was convenient to my home and the process was quick and easy. The staff made sure I was happy with the car selected and contacted me during my trip to make sure everything was going well.

AAA made a reservation for me at this location. Was promised a car on October 4th. Never heard back from them as I was waiting for call to let me know when the rental would be available. Called the next day on October 5th and spoke to Ovinna, real bad attitude. Asks me who l am instead of asking for a reservation # or how can I help you. I would never rent from this location or enterprise ever again. It is sad that my insurance deals with these kind of jerseys. I would never give them my business at all. I would give it a zero stars if they had that choice.

While my car was in the repair shop, I rented a SUV from Pleasanton CA Enterprise for a week. Renting was quick and easy! My vehicle was spotless! I opted to do a return drop off after hours which was so easy!
