I have been a customer of WiLine since Oct 2013. I paid $317.63 + tax for a 10Mbps line from Oct 2013 to Nov 2018. I renegotiated in Dec 2018 for a 40Mbps for $239.05 + tax line with two years contract. They quietly increased the price over time to $309.53 + tax for a 40Mbps line. In May 2022 (long after the contract term expired), I contacted them to cancel the service. They told me that the contract renewed automatically, charged me $2,359.56 for the remaining months, and canceled the service. Deceiving customers into auto-renewal is illegal, at least in California. They must clearly disclose the terms and notify their customers before the renewal. If you are a customer of WiLine, please be aware of their deceptive renewal terms.Internet service is good, but the uptime is poor. It will take hours and sometimes days to restore the service when it goes down. Maybe because of my location.

Spotty service. Terrible support. The connection has never been reliable. When we did have a connection, the speeds were well below what the sales guy was promising. I moved it to be used only as a backup connection and tried to cancel, but the cancellation window is only the last month of the three year contract. You can't cancel any earlier than that and if you miss it, you have to wait another three years to cancel or pay full price for the remainder of the term as a cancellation penalty.

Worst internet company! I manage a small gym and we've been using Wiline internet for over a year and a half. In July 2020 we upgraded our service because it was so slow (we had started zoom classes). Then it took over a month for the upgrade installation to actually happen. With COVID still at its peek, we understood that things were taking longer than normal. Since the upgrade we've had so many issues with our internet cutting in and out. We've had over 7 tickets open, 3 (or more) dispatches out to our location, all the result in temporarily fixed but nothing long-term. The same issue continues to happen. Since our year contract just started in August, as a general manager, I know we are locked in but that's under the assumption that the service we are paying for is working 100%. Unfortunately, that isn't the case so I connected with Billy Walker (Solutions Consultant) about downgrading our internet back to the previous plan, because all the issues started once the upgrade happened. I kept following up on getting some results but unfortunately Billy wasn't able to help. I waited over 30 DAYS to finally get a response from Billy that his superiors didn't allow our company to downgrade back to our previous plan, DESPITE the multiple tickets open. Obviously, this company is more concerned with making money, not providing the best customer service, or even providing the minimum of what we are paying for. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?!? Today, we still have an open ticket that we are getting the run around that someone is working on it. They have continued to charge us the same monthly fee, even though the internet doesn't work 100%. I emailed billing asking to some credit since it isn't working and that was over 30 days ago, still no response. I've asked to speak with someone with some authority to help fix our issues but again, nothing, no results in fixing our internet, sending a dispatch, or compensation for the constantheadaches. As much as we appreciate the customer service team being very professional, we still don't have 100% functioning internet. I would not recommend working with this company. I'm hoping this review will reach a rep with some authority to help get our internet working!

Yeah don't contract with them. I emailed 4 times, no response. Then FINALLY the guy replies with "You never gave me your contact info." He never ASKED for my contact info! Also he has my email address..... And I'm still waiting on a response after that. No good.

SCAM SERVICE!! Once you contract with them, there is no way you cancel this service! They try to charge more than $3k for cancellation fee which is not on the contract paper! They hasn't responded my email for 3 months when I told them I want to cancel. I'm thinking sue them.

I was in a service area where my options were really bad for internet. AT&T were going to offer me basically DSL speeds which was not going to work for my business. Comcast was going to charge me $85,000 dollars to run Fiber!! My neighbor down the road suggested I call WiLine because he had the same issues with his location. I called them up and got a rep to help me right away, I got expedited installation and she even threw in a free month of service! So far I have been really happy with the speeds and the price. It hasn't gone done yet and it has been 6 months. It's still fast and strong and for me it's one of those services you don't have to worry about.

This company is a complete nightmare! Windy days, phones and internet go down. Rainey days, phone and internet go down. Hot days, phone and internet go down. Salesman tries to get you to sign a 3-5 year contract saying they won't up your bill, but watch the little fees that accumulate and your bill soar. Terrible customer service. Tech support just leaves you shaking your head. Run!!! Run far away from this company.
