Lot of people waiting in Queue and there’s no self kiosk to drop off the smallest items like Whole Foods have. Plus if anyone of the members in Queue is doing a notary then you are going to wait for good 30 minutes ?

Terrible costumer service! the Indian woman and Caucasian man both were very dismissive, non helpful and chose to help other customers in the middle of my transaction.

I had an Amazon return with the option to bring in “no box and no label”, returned the item at this location in its original box, and they refused to tape it in order for me to return it. They have tape rolls for their shipments sitting on the counter behind them. Instead, they made me purchase a roll of tape which has a starting price of $9.99 for the smallest size. I purchased the cheapest one and reiterated that this is a ridiculous situation.

Absolutely the worst ups store I’ve been to. I rather use other stores or whole food to return my Amazon package. Worst customer service from that fat old ugly woman.

Absolutely the worst UPS store I have been to. They overcharge for everything. Can't provide tape, you have to buy a full roll (they only have one overpriced option). Need to print a label? That's a 1.50. Need to pay by card? That's an extra fee. The staff is usually friendly but the owner is an idiot price gouging however they can. Stay away and find another location.

I do a TON of shipping and business with this location. I’d estimate I purchase over $5k in labels a year at this location for work. I just went in for a personal shipment and asked for 1 strip of tape to close my box and they denied the request and said I needed to purchase an entire roll of tape from their store. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, absolutely absurd.. terrible customer service.
