What BevMo hoped to be and more. Finally a liquor store where you feel spirits have as much space and attention as wine.
Service is excellent, ordering on their well-designed app and the ease of pickup makes a quick errand worthwhile.
Staff are very helpful and the discounts are always coming. Keep up the good work!

They have a much better selection of spirits than Bev Mo. Prices are competitive.

Really disappointed in the selection this past year. It seems more often than not, Total Wine doesn't have anything new on their shelves. Rum selection? How many fake flavors of Largo Bay does anyone need? How many of Bacardi flavors? Man, do they have them ALLLLL. The list of cheap, low quality white or dark rums could go on for a mile. Ask about Hamilton rum varieties and there is one. ONE. Ask to order others and that's also a no go. Ask to order pretty much anything and it's a no. And there are no staff that are concerned that their selection is subpar. Even when you ask to order things, the staff seems like you are bothering them to make them look it up if you can get it through them.
Gin selection seems like every time we go in, they discontinue solid choices of gin for some flashy pickle flavor that I've never seen anyone buy. Don't know who does the ordering for this location but they aren't doing a good job of it. Any time I ask about things I've purchased at other Total Wines and why can't we get it at Pleasant Hill, I'm always met with they have different suppliers... different buyers... oh the selections vary widely among locations blah blah blah.
If you are a home cocktail maker, especially TIKI cocktails like we do, which take multiple rums or liquors for each drink, you are better to shop at HiTime Wine or Bitters and Bottles online for an incredible selection. Sure you pay shipping but when you can get what you need in one stop instead of being told they don't have it nor can they get it, just order it and thank me later.
Total Wine's selection is down to being only SLIGHTLY better than BevMo which is so poor, we won't even go to BevMo anymore. Total Wine, you are good for Bacardi, Tanguray and some whiskeys and we will continue to shop there for basic booze and things like ango bitters or orgeat but that specialty stuff, you need to step up the game. So sad because you guys really had it going on there for a long time!

Epic, amazing, awesome selection. Not sure why anyone would go back to BevMo after finding this place.

First time at a Total Wine & More, was told at the register that I could not make a purchase because they needed to card my fiancée as well to complete the transaction, despite no public facing and visible signage disclosing this company policy as we entered the store. When asked why it was necessary to card her as well, the cashier claimed that because she was on camera in the store, she had to be carded for *my* transaction. Did they plan on carding all the children that were in the store with their parents? I’ve been to many liquor stores and this by far is the most inane policy a company could have. My partner couldn’t even leave the store unless she was carded for *my* transaction, so we decided to leave and void the entire order. Horrible experience and will never ever go to a Total Wine & More again. If this is company policy that even people who aren’t purchasing will be carded to ensure alcohol isn’t sold to minors, they need to card at the door to credibly and reasonable enforce this policy.
If we had been carded at the door, my fiancee could have followed the policy by waiting outside for me instead of learning at the register this policy.
Abysmal experience.

They have such a great selection and diversity here. Even if you’re looking for booze free alternatives, you’ll find some awesome choices. I have no idea why I even go to the other place that’s new ownership is big on the “more minimart, less booze”

Good selection but the staff picks and chooses when to enforce their ID rules. I've seen many times when the rule that everyone must show 21+ ID is completely ignored by the cashier or people are allowed to check out with their children (clearly this violates their ID policy), and another time when a woman who forgot her ID was kicked out by the manager very rudely. Total Wine has failed at their responsibility to not sell alcohol to minors over and over again. I more often go to BevMo now where they're reliable about checking IDs in their checkout process. If I go to this store again and see them not enforcing that policy I will probably need to call the police.

Talking with the staff every time I come in is beyond hilarious. The residents in my dining room are happy for their favorite wine
