Hired them to do some tax work, never completed the job. Called several times and was promised the job would be completed in a couple of days, never was. No follow up email or call. Even made a personal visit and was promised the job would be done the next day. That was a month ago. Still not complete, no call, no emails Worst service ever, do they treat all their clients like this?

I have been getting my taxes prepared by Porter & Yee for the past 10 years. The service has gone completely down hill and highly over priced. I paid over $700 to get my taxes prepared this year. It also took over 1 month to complete my taxes for the second year in a row. After several inquiry calls. The customer service is horrible. When you call about your taxes you will be told your taxes is in the Q and call back next week. Porter & Yee continues to uses the pandemic to not allow paying clients to submit documents in person nor are you available to meet with the CPA in person. All tax documents have to be sent in electronic. The service is horrible and it takes 1 month to get your taxes prepared. I will not recommend Porter & Yee to anyone. You can find better service for the price. Disappointed

I cannot give them a review - I've been waiting for a return call to talk about hiring them and its been two months after two phone calls and an email and no one has called back. I guess they don't need the business.
