Spent over 3 hours last night on the phone with Verizon tech support and they were unable to totally solve the problem. :( Went to the store today and Ethan was amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Friendly, professional and just a great guy. Thanks Ethan!!! :-)

I have had bad service at 2 other Verizon stores. I had a wath that wouldn't pair and a phone that was hot. HAMID helped me with everything and I am good to go. He went out of his was and even programed the car for me. Wonderful excelet fabulous!
