Great job w my mani-pedi but they are not a friendly bunch whatsoever. ? Too bad bc we are a quaint neighborhood. A smile and a warmer welcome would be an improvement. TY.

This is where I get my Mani/pedicures done every time. I get random people every time I go in. I’ve never had any issue. Granted one time they did cut my nails a little shorter than I wanted but it’s only nails and they grow back but if that’s my only issue then I don’t have many issues. I’ve been coming here for over a year. The pricing is great too. Love this shop❤️Services: Waxing

I had a simple request to take care of my cuticles because they were in bad shape. I would have paid extra with my acrylics but instead the nail techs got defensive and started arguing with me. They started talking about me in their language really fast and then one got in my face saying I need a manicure to get my cuticles pushed back and taken care of. Then proceeded to talk about me to other clients. I don't understand the reason for that. I came to relax, not to fight. So I did my cuticles as best as I could on the spot and my tech went straight to gluing the nails on. She didn't size up my nails to my other hand so they're all different sizes. I can't believe how rude and ready to fight over a simple request these ladies were. I wanted to walk out but I was in the process of getting a pedicure done and decided to not let them get to me. I've been here several times for manicures and pedicures and this was the first time I requested something. Their reactions to a simple request were unprofessional, unnecessary, and disgusting. I'll never go back.

I've been going to Diane's for many years, starting pre-pandemic. It's a great local staple for a low frills, affordable mani-pedi (although they do waxing as well). The only time I've seen someone have a bad experience is if they're incredibly entitled - this is owned and operated by the people on staff, so they don't have to - nor do they - tolerate disrespect to the staff. I do a basic gel mani and pedi and have a great experience 9.5 times out of 10. They do have busy periods where you can feel rushed or nail techs that typically don't work are on staff, and the quality of the mani drops a bit but that's been rare and they listen to your preferences if they didn't get the nail shape you wanted, etc, the first time. Their gel services last at least 2 weeks (often 3+) and run $65 for gel mani + pedi (recommend the +$5 callus removal service).Services: Manicure

I had an awful experience here. One lady in particular is rude. She was passive aggressive when I told her I was pregnant and would like to sit on a massage chair to get my manicure done as I struggled leaning over. Not a positive atmosphere! Save your money for small businesses who appreciate your service.Service: Manicure

I have gone to Diane's for years and they are always courteous and they do a great job for a fair price. If your feet require special attention Kim is my go to "doctor"

As soon as I arrived ans they had me sitting down they asked me to pay BEFORE the service. It was my first and last time there especially after their work on my nails only lasted 48 hours.

The service was fast, and relatively cheap. But you get what you pay for. I got a dip manicure for 40$. It turned out to look really scratched up and patchy--but at least all my nails were the same shape and length. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I came in I was greeted very rudely, and asked to move chairs all over the empty salon several times--even while my nails were being worked on. My hands were dipped into a bag... full of HOT nail polish remover?... whatever it was smelled very strong and irritated the skin on my hands. They were ashy and peeling by the time my old set was removed. My hands were just left like that after my manicure was finished, ashy and irritated. Halfway through my manicure--which was pretty painful and the tools were not clean--I smelled a very strong smell. Like a dead rat or raw sewage. It persisted for a really long time and I'm still not sure what it was, but it was absolutely nauseating.
