I went in this past Saturday due to a Electronic stability control (esc): Control module: Software recall. I was in and out of there relatively quickly. However, the first thing I noticed, and it's not the first time, my radio station was changed. I don't think it's appropriate to do this. Secondly, I wasn't told when the warning message would turn off. Lastly, I noticed ( the next day) that my anti-theft control plug (I don't know, this is why I pay extra for maintenance), was unplugged. I was told that's what it was when I called. I was told to just bring it in. Well, it's an hour away for me, all the dealerships are and I was working. Then take it to any repair shop. Again, I was working and I'm sure it's not free. Question: Does this prevent someone from stealing the car, does it help track the car? I don't know? Again, it's why I pay extra for service. The attitude was cavalier and the service caliber keeps declining. Who would be liable if my car was actually stolen? I don't know?

Briston made the car buying experience a breeze. I had to wait for a few months on my special order grand highlander and he was great at communicating all along the way. He was knowledgeable and friendly and even helped me set up the audio system. I would highly recommend working with Briston when looking to purchase a new car.

Came here looking for a tundra I had seen on auto trader. I got to say they did a pretty good job at finding me the best rate I could get and the cost of the vehicle. Everyone there was super helpful. Especially the sales manager and the closer. He didn't try to push me into extra packages which was cool. Overall I had a great experience.

I was told that the new car we wanted "wasn't in stock," and when they did get the car we were interested it would be sold at the MSRP and basically no negotiating . We are looking for a Corolla base model or Camry base model. They must be selling an enormous of cars to not even make a allow us to make an offer. Guess we will be going to the bay or even So Cal.

I just bought a red Camry SLE hybrid at Thompsons and I love it. Did I mention that it's red? I had tried another place that was closer, but they couldn't get me what I wanted. Genaro said they didn't have one either, but he'd see what he could find. Within an hour he called back saying they had located one they could get for me! Genaro was very professional and friendly and made buying the car very easy. When I picked the car up, Miguel went over all the features with me, which took some time, since I haven't had a new car in over 22 yrs and it was all new info! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Even the receptionist was very friendly and she stocks a super snack area!

Joel Salmonson did everything he could to find me the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately, the other dealership was unwilling to transfer the car to this dealership. I was adamant that I wanted exactly what I wanted AND the timeframe in which I wanted it. He went above and beyond to find where the car actually was and now I have what I want. I know this review isn't necessarily about my experience purchasing a vehicle with this dealership, however, it IS a review to attest to how professional, kind, and knowledgeable they are. THEY WERE THE ONLY dealership in North CA that was willing to even help me and it's not their fault the other dealership was unwilling to transfer the car. I can assure you, I will definitely do business with this dealership in the future.

I went to test drive a 4Runner TRD PRO last week. I was told I couldn't test drive it unless I was going to buy it. I will say I didn't argue with the salesman. I simply got into my 3rd generation 4Runner and drove away. I'm in the market for a new rig and simply want to try a few out before I buy something new. I also want to wait for the rates to drop a bit. As much as I love supporting my local businesses, customer service certainly plays a factor in where I spend my money and their lack of customer service just drove me away from doing business with them. In addition I will not be taking my other vehicles to be serviced there.

Just purchased my 2019 Honda Odyssey from them over the weekend and had a great experience with them. Miguel Santana was the salesman who help me and he was very professional and let me take my time looking over the vehicle and test driving it and never rushed once. Originally I was offered a 3 year 36,0000 mile extended warranty but when I was signing the documents they gave me an extra year and 14,000 miles at the same cost so that was a plus. I would gladly buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Thompsons has great service. Deborah Wade and Joseph did a great job of diagnosing my issues and getting my 2005 Camry in good running shape. They went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe, running well, and looking good. Their shuttle service even took me to my house 25 minutes away. Highly recommended.

What a bunch of liars and thieves. Avoid these guys like the plague. These guys use the worst used car salesmen tactics to bully customers into paying for unnecessary repairs. I was told "the removal of an oxygen sensor might cause us to ruin the engine manifold, so please sign away liability for damage to this manifold." When I wouldn't, they wouldn't do the repair! So I took it somewhere else and after asking if he got the oxygen sensor out without a problem he said, "Yeah, why?".
