It is inside Safeway at the customer service desk. The description doesn't tell you that. I asked a check stand clerk about the FedEx drop off and by the attitude of the checker you can tell it's not a welcome service they provide. If you are one second late you are going to have a rude experience. What was really upsetting is the checker called another clerk to help me out. The bad attitude is a reflection of the kind of people they can only get working for them.

Although they are not a fedex store they are extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction in also help me Box up something that they told me where to take to Safeway That is a fedex drop off place

Took me 20 minutes of driving around and then trying to call to find out where they are located. Finally fou d out from UPS they are INSIDE Safeway!!!
