There were no events today but it's open so you can walk around. It's a nice area to walk a dog. There is a lot of grass so she could run. And there are little areas where you can explore. It's a nice alternative to a park. There is ample seating and shady areas. We will be going back.

They dont cater to disabled. Had to stand in a mile long line with bad ankles and in pain in the horrid heat. I wont ever go again

Long wait to get in and then it is very crowded inside. I did appreciate the free shuttle.

Overall had a good time. Lots of food choices and rides. Games were a bit pricey. Lines were long at entrance could need more clerks at entrance booth also lady helping us was confused as how to charge our debit card. My wife stood in the ride ticket booth line for 20 minutes and when she got to the front was told if she wanted to pay by card had to stand in the other line.

Go to placerville speedway couple times a year Great regular seating and plenty of different kinds of food and beers and drinks and things to buy you'll enjoy it so go have fun...????

At the last minute I decided to buy a ticket to the Golden Road Gathering. It is a music festival that was held at the fairgrounds. I love the El Dorado county has a smaller fairground. The bathrooms are nice and it's easy walking.
