The reason I gave 2 stars is, aside from the sticker-shock of $14.99!! to clean a single dress, the staff was very personable. I had never used this service before - usually go to One Stop on Placentia Ave - but stopped in out of location convenience. Based on the unit pricing, I won't be back - paid $15 to clean a $100 dress. Gulp.

Word of advice ask how much you are going to be charged before dropping off your clothing, they will not tell you, I had to learn the hard way.

The same day wash and fold services are so convenient and reasonably priced. They fill up fast each day because they have so many satisfied regular customers. Don't show up at 11 and be surprised if they are all full for the day! Steve is always sure to give me a call when the laundry is ready, which I also really appreciate.

I should have read the reviews prior to dropping off my jumpsuit. I just needed a hem, and boy is this place over priced! Since I'm new to the area and it's close by, I figured I'd give this place a try. First, they Increased the price from what they had originally said. They did honor the first price they gave me, so just make sure you ask how much your total cost will be when dropping off. Then, the seams on one off the pant legs was inside out when I picked up. They attempted to say it was like that when I dropped it off. I'm pretty type A, so I had checked for manufacturer defects when I purchased the piece. They did fix the problem, so that's why I am giving them 3 stars. First impressions leave a lasting impression....
