My multiple experiences at this particular Labcorp have been exemplary. The current staff members (as well as the past staff) have been friendly and efficient, despite being really busy. And the office just a mile from my home.
To make it easier on all concerned, schedule your appointment online or via Labcorp app, and wait in your car and use the app to let the staff know you're on the premises.

Worst location ever! SLOOOOOOOOW. Waited an hour with just 8 people before me. The techs here are incompetent and sooooo slow!

Rude, unprofessional, and dangerous. This location closes at 4:00 PM, but when I arrived at 3:55 PM to drop off a specimen, they locked their doors already. I stayed and knocked for 15 minutes until an employee by the name of "Brianna" walked out. She walked out not to help me, but to get off work. I asked if she could accept a specimen but rudely just said they closed at 4:00 PM and walked off. I even told her we arrived at 3:55 PM but she did not care. You can tell she was in a hurry to leave because somebody was downstairs waiting to pick her up. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, lacking any concern for medical patients. The specimen is wasted and we also wasted our time driving 2 hours round-trip to one of few Labcorp locations that closes at 4:00 PM. If you close at 4:00 PM, keep your doors unlocked until then. This is medical lab which handles sensitive, private, and privileged information. How do you expect them to respect your medical needs if they can't even honor their own posted business hours. Even Walmart has higher standards keeping to their store hours. I will be filing complaints with our insurance, department of health care services, and Labcorp. If you have experienced this as well, please file a complaint.

I was a walk-in with no appointment. They worked.me in within 15 minutes. Jordan was friendly and did an excellent job drawing blood for my tests. I recommend Placentia Labcorp.

Make sure to make an appointment if you're coming for a drug screen... They don't accept walk-ins.

If I could leave 1 star, I would. I tried to walk in, and they said they were appointed only, even though their website (at that time) said nothing about that. I did try calling but always got their voice-mail. So I asked if I could still be seen, and they said no. Note that there were only 2 people in the waiting room, and 4 people behind the counter talking about bonuses. I then asked if I could make an appointment with the front desk, and they said no, you have to do it on the website. They then handed me a flyer showing me a location in Tustin that is 10 miles away because that's the only one nearby that takes walk-ins. They were dismissive and rude.

Had the appointment comfirmation online 2 weeks in advance. But this site was closed when I arrived there per schedule. When I tried to call, their number was also suspended. Hence, I had to try other lab, with wasting my time on 2 weeks waiting here.

I love this labcorp location they are always so friendly here, and they are gentle with the needle, which I so appreciate. Especially since I have tiny veins so they always have to use the small needle on me lol. I really like this location it's close by and clean. They always take me even when I am just a walk in. Thank you all for being so kind and caring and easy on the needles lol. Have a really beautiful day! Share kindness to everyone, I promise it will make your day and someone else's. :)

I checked online and it said 0 appointments available, but I just did a walk-in. I think since it was a simple blood test, they said it was OK. Ideally, you'll want to make an appointment. I think I was lucky. The wait was reasonable for a walk-in, in my situation. It was nice to be able to get it done on the same day I got the blood work paper handed from my doctor. This facility is really tiny compared to other ones I've been to before.

This is the absolute best experience for blood draw. It kind of blew my mind tbh. My veins are really fragile and blood draw usually means enduring at least 5 solid minutes of digging around. Not only was he super nice and helpful, but Josh (I'm pretty sure) is just a master at finding veins. One super quick poke. Painless. No digging. He's either the absolute best phlebotomist I've ever been to or an actual vampire. Either way labcorp you're hiring great people and I'll definitely be back.

Showed up for an appointment at 3pm and there was a notice on the door they had "closed for the day for unforeseen reasons." No call, text, or email notification whatsoever.

I went in during my lunch break at work I was in and out fairly quickly. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back again when I need more work done.
