I am handling my brother's affairs after a stroke. Chase wanted a signed & notarized power of attorney, I submitted it a week later they wanted a notarized Chase POA, a week I got access to one account. It took another week to get access to the retirement account. The manager Brenda had me pick up the Chase POA but she didn't have the courtesy to even have the BLANK form printed out and ready for me. Don't count on return phone calls from a banker named Mosie.

Not a big deal but if the bank updated business hours they should update the front door business hours. I went today, it was 5:15pm and the front door says Friday closes at 6pm.

The service attitude of this bank is very poor. The first time I went to ask for an appointment time, I went back to the appointment time and told me that I didn't make an appointment. Except for saying sorry, I couldn't do anything else. Never go to a bank in this place, you'll be pissed

They charge $10 just to cash a check if you don't have an account with them. I all tell my clients to never right me a check if they bank with JP Morgan.

Jae Woo is good teller and frienly teller, but when he tired the way he talk make you feel like you mad at you. He said that he is the only teller in this morning and I see that true. 4 star for teller and 1 star for the branch, so i rate 3 stars. Hire more teller please!! The customer waiting in a very long lineee....

Terrible Branch! No customer service with young guy behind the plexiglass taking all the time in the world counting a woman's bag of coins while 5 people in line. When I asked the other young guy in a suit walking back and forth supplying containers for the coins if he could help us he said he could not and the other guy is late coming back from his break. I needed to wait. In the corner office the guy on his computer would not come out to help?

Good overall bank good technology, but they lost the relationship aspect of it. I have 3 business accounts with them. For some reason I have not been able to get a banker to call me back. I have been in the branch three times now and all three times I was told a banker (Bevon or Giovanni) would call me back. I am going to try a smaller bank like Farmer and Merchants bank.

The worst bank ever tried to cash my check and the lady manager stero typed me so much and wouldn't cash y company pay roll check, was asking persnol question I thought i was being arrested, they said they called to verify the check was alie the company said they never received a call from them to verify and the lady gave back my ID and said sorry our not cashing that check here even though it was from chase bank

I am power of attorney for a friend who died on 11/21/2019. He had an account with Sprint for his phone and had the monthly chares directly paid through his bank account. I called Sprint to cancel his service and was told they could not help me because I did not know his PIN or his security question password. Twice I called them (explaining he was deceased) and they kept repeating that I needed his PIN or security question password. I then decided to go to Chase and ask that they not honor any charges to this account from Sprint. I was fortunate enough to get a banker named Jose A. Monterrosa. He was so gracious and helpful. He put a hold on any future payment to Sprint and also waived the normal fee that is charged for deleting autopay to this vendor. I have recently had occasion to deal with Chase Bank several times since becoming the power of attorney for my friend and I am totally impressed with their employees and their service.

Don't take Chase bank offer/promise/ words before you confirmed it clearly in writing. The wording in their promotion is misleading and best is to confuse the public. Take Chase Bank's offer to their competitors. You will get a better treatment there…period!
