Beware of this Arco they may give you COUNTERFEIT money!!!!!!!
I paid with $100 cash and received $50 cash back. I used the same $50 bill I received from the store to pay the following time I needed gas, and the cashier stated that the $50 was counterfeit. I am still waiting for a call from the manager, Honey, or Mohammad.

My mom unfortunately fell under the money scheme that everyone is talking about here on Yelp and on Google Reviews. She had cash and went in to fill up $40. My mom clearly counted out one $20, 3 $5 and 5 $1 bills and told the male cashier she was filling up $40.He took her money and turned around and placed some money in another drawer and turned back to her and showed her only the smaller denominations. The $20 bill was missing. She doesn't speak well English so she just assumed they set it to $40.She went out to fill her tank and the gas stopped at $20. She went back in to ask about it and the 2 male cashiers said she only gave them $20. They then called 2 other female workers and they all denied her and asked her if she wanted to "look at the computer". She said no because it wouldn't prove anything as they probably only entered $20 in the system. She was very upset and yelled at them but did not get her money back.It's very sad because looking at the public reviews, this has been happening as far back at 4+ years. I think the owners need to really address this issue or if they are also in on this scam, the BBB needs to shut this place down.I hope people read this review and avoid this place at all cost!UPDATE 3/17: I opened a case with ARCO customer relations on the same day of the incident (3/8) as recommended by the response here of my review but was told this particular ARCO location is handled by a “Dealer” and is not managed by corporate ARCO. The dealer has not reached out to me and it has been 9 days now and I have asked for an escalation. I am NOT hopeful my issue will be resolved or addressed as I think the Dealer in this case may be avoiding these reports and is in on the scam. I will not support ARCO going forward if my issue will not get resolved. Only positive note is the customer relations team is responsive but really the Dealer at this location is not making this serious issue a priority. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.

Don't come here to pump. Staff are not personable and they scammed my mom today and stole her money... she paid with cash inside and the employees acted dumb and lied about how much my mom gave them.. they even tried to argue to her about it... my mom left without her $20 that was owed back to her. Horrible and low life employees.. it was a guy working today and it happened at 10:30am. There was also 2 Hispanic girls who were in on it too. Lame lowlifes .. please do not come here to pump gas and go elsewhere. They should shut this ARCO down!

This is the best am/pm in my opinion. John has the best customer service and was so extremely helpful when I needed help with one of the pumps not working correctly and took time to help me fix it. He is the reason I will continue to come back to this location and he keeps it extremely clean and welcoming. Thanks John!

Don't go this place. Those cashier will stolen ur money. Also careful when u pay cash, last time I gave Sha $80 they just pop up $60. That's crazy.

Come here a lot of times to get gas and shacks however for the last few months restroom never works!!!! How can a place that sells drinks and snacks and have a sign for restroom never have this restroom working!!!!
