Prices are always the cheapest in the area but the lot is SO small and SO crowded. If you can get in when it isn't crowded then do it!

Incredibly disrespectful. Miguel has no business SUPERVISING anything or anyone. His attitude is beyond this world and he just kept smiling while insulting. Very obvious he's trying to hide his discriminatory comments from the store camera with his creepy smile. He doesn't even follow his own store policies. Please remove him or have someone with actual customer service skills train him. Insanely upsetting experience.

Avoid at all cost. Seriously. The caucasian cashier working at 10:40pm 4/4 needs to get fired. Dude has some racist vibes. Seriously. Went in there to get gas. I walk in and the guy immediately says "we're closed." Mind you, when I was coming in about 2 other cars were pumping gas so I was a little surprised. I tell him, "I'm just trying to buy gas." He goes, "oh well. We're closed." Rude as hell, without even articulating precisely why they're closed at 10:40 when all these people are pumping gas except for me. So I leave. Dude has a terrible attitude and provides absolute terrible service. Avoid at all cost until they fire that cashier. Never coming her again and advising my neighbors to avoid this place until that cashier is fired.

Horrible staff. Wouldn't take the time to listen to the pump issues I was having and told me I don't know how to use the pump. After dealing with that, got back to my office to find out the cheese burger I got there had no cheese. Just don't bother going there unless you really need gas and don't have to go inside and pay.

2021, and you guys still cant find a more efficient way of doing a shift change other than closing for 20 minutes. also, pick your head up and make eye contact with someone when you are speaking to them. plenty of people out there looking for jobs rather than the public deal with those not capable of handling basic customer service skills.

I am so disgusted right now, being racially profiled and not allowed to use the restroom from the rudest person I've ever dealt with!!! I had just seen someone come out of the restroom and then I am told that it's out of service! Complaint being sent to corporate as well... do not go to this station!!!

Worst gas station I have ever been too. The cashier working 5/28/19 was a complete a** and was the rudest person I have ever meet in my life. He also has no idea how to do his job. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. Plus the station is filth dirty.

went in this morning at 7:15 one of free cookies gave my phone to Lupe the girl working the register and she push the done button before she scanned it and then give me the cookies it's not the dollar it's more the point of the thing that she'd argue with me and she screwed up I spend over $200 a month for gas at this place

By all means, stay away from this Arco location. Smells like pee. Store is a mess, I purchased a corn dog and they had no mustard at all and the dispenser where they keep the catsup and mayonaise is filthy. (Helath dept. Should be aware of this). Then whe the clerk ringed me me up I noticed the total was too high, so I told him that it was 3 rock stars for $5.50, 2 tornados for $ 2.20 and a corn dog for $1.29. If you do the math including tax and CRV it comes to around $9.50. Well the man charged about $12.00. I brought it to his attention and he rudely blew me off claiming it was the tax to which I answer it could not be that much for tax. So I requested to see the receipt as I noticed his eyes rolled back. I noticed he had charged me $7.99 for the 3 rock stars. I asked him why he was charging me that amount when the sign clearly stated 3 Rockstars for $5.50, and I showed him the sign. His answer was, well I just charged you what the register said. He walks back to the counter and without further apologies or explanations he says NEXT. Really? That moment was almost comical and I realized there was no point on continuing my demand for not getting ripped off. I am in the service industry, and this is terrible C.S.

I avoid this place like the plague, I went inside the store on a Sunday, I see a homless guy washing clear cup with dirty black stuff at the bottom of his cup, were the hot water is used to make tea. The clerk looked like he didnt care at all. I told him it gross what he is doing he said no that is my hommie. My response Hommie? The little punk at the counter thought it was funny letting the homless guy wash his dirty cup with his dirty nasty hands. I dont know what these knuckle heads were thinking. My adivse to the store is tune down the clerks attitude beucase it is unacceptable.
