I’ve been a customer there for over 4 years now, and never have I had an issue with our storage being broken into or anything. The staff there are above and beyond generous and understanding. This is the safest and most family like storage you will find.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for almost 4 years now. John and Rhonda have done a remarkable job helping me find the right size unit to fit my budget. The best part is that there are no elevators to operate or narrow hallways to have to walk down. You are able to drive up to most of the units if not all of them. The facility is always clean. There are no issues with insects or rodents, And that alone makes me a very happy and satisfied customer! I definitely would recommend Pittsburgh mini storage to anyone looking for storage needs in the area.
