Purchased Reel Fish dog toy. Purchased specifically because it stated it had reinforced stitching. It took 1 minute to make three holes in the product. The cloth pulled away from the stitches in three places. I gave it to my dog, turned to sit down, looked over and saw stuffing already being pulled out. Can’t believe a $15 toy only took 1 minute to be pulled apart. The label attached to the toy withstood better then the stitching to this toy

"Petsport has a large variety of small dog toys. I find their product at many local retail stores. All of their mini dog line items are fantastic. My favorite is the mini Rasta man 9" rope, The face expression on the 1.5" Tuff Ball is priceless. I have 2 large Labrador's that tend to chew up dog toys quickly. I make sure to buy toys that are large enough for them and tough enough that they won't destroy. Petsport has a great selection to choose from. I especially like the fire hose, it's extra tough.

I bought the Mouse Balls which say they are "tough". Our cat loved this toy, but ripped off the tail part after 10 minutes of play. Not worth the money.....

I too got a defective ball and PetSport replaced it no questions asked. Please keep in mind that dogs have a tremendous bite strength and toys may not hold up to expectations. I always give the company the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to make it right before posting negative comments. PetSport did make it right and the customer service the provided was absolutely fantastic.

I bought your Giant Tuff Ball Tug 4†Ball 9†Rope “Industrial Strength†at Home Sence 30Jul17 for $6.99 by October my lightly used ball became this. I have a medium size dog Heller crosses with Norwegian Elk hound, so it wasn't her bite that broke it, it was bouncing. I can't put “industrial Strength†when it can't last more than 6 months by a medium dog! It's not an expensive toy, but you're marketing is absolutely wrong! Do you make a better ball? One of your Industrial Strength Giant Tuff Balls literally lasted 5 minutes before a giant hole was chewed in it. That was a waste of time and money.

I have a French bulldog that loves fetch. I bought the tennis balls for dogs over 20 pounds thinking she could never destroy them. I gave both of them to her about 10 minutes ago and they are completely destroyed. I support companies that help animal shelters, but if your products can't even stand up to a tiny French bulldog then I am worried that your toys can become a choking hazard to small dogs. I am very disappointed.
