Whenever I am in town I DO try to pop in. It gets overwhelming though. The staff is always very helpful and the buyer does a good job and providing a variety of options and prices.

Next to a Starbucks, so I got a latte and decided to spend an hour on a cold morning shopping - but one of the women asked me to put my drink by the register while I shopped. Really? How long do you think someone will shop while their $6 latte gets cold? Short sighted. See you.

I bought over three hundred dollars in clothing from this place. If you buy that much you get a free tote. That was a nice surprise. I wore one top one night and a seam came undone, it would've been difficult to repair so I returned it. The manager wouldn't give me a refund on my card unless I returned the tote. Debated whether it was worth going back home to get it but decided a in store credit was fine, since I shop there s lot. When she gave me the the credit it seemed a little low so I questioned it. She told me that since I used a ten dollar coupon she deducted part of that. What was left of my purchase still qualified for the entire ten dollars off. I can't believe they took a chance to make a customer mad over a $1.20. It was just bad business and made them look cheap and money grubbing. Will use my in store credit and never ever return.

I go to this place once in a while and I love that they carry my favorite shoes by Ilse Jacobsen. All the colors and sizes and there's a couple of different styles. I haven't bought too much from there but my granddaughter who is 28 every time she comes up she buys quite a bit. Nice amount of jewelry and other shoes also. Great place to browse and people are very helpful there.

Being tall with long legs (5'10"), I really struggle to find pants that are long enough to fit me properly. Struggle over! Not only have I found pants long enough at Collections Boutique, but they are ADORABLE, trendy, and flattering, and there are many styles to choose from. But wait... There's more... This store has SO MUCH to offer. Beautiful blouses, cozy yet stylish sweaters and jackets, cute shoes/boots, and great jewelry and purses. I actually can't say enough about this store. The sales staff are awesome! They are helpful without hovering and are friendly, remembering your name as they add clothes to your dressing room while you shop. Prices are a bit more than fashion outlets, but for the great quality, it is definitely worth it. They also have a fabulous clearance section in the back corner where you can find some super deals. Also, to be clear, this store does not just cater to tall gals such as myself, they have a huge selection of sizes. If you live within an hour of Pismo, check out this store. I travel 45 minutes and it's well worth it!

Leaving town and thought I would purchase a few items. Racks are over stacked. Day 1 spent a chunk of change.Day 2 decided to buy shorts at a $69.00 price. Out of my mind! Shopped for a gift and when I paid for my clothes, I was offered a cute bag since I spent over $300.00. Interesting thought came to mind. What is in that back room? Are they making these clothes or have I been out of the loop? Democracy? Never heard of. Spent $$$ on 2 Jonny Was shirt’s . Button’s fell off. Stitching came apart and the other has a hole. These two were specially handed. Worn a few times. Followed washing instructions. Bought on sale….NO RETURN. If I am spending over $50.00 going back to Santa Barbara. Returns- NO PROBLEM. No questions. Sorry, I loved this store!Customer service used to be very personal. I started with one person, then another, then the last. The staff run in circles!

I stumbled upon this store while running errands. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but happened to find the most perfect white jacket. The staff were super helpful with recommendations and were very friendly. This store has the biggest selection of Myra bags I've ever seen - I was in cowhide heaven! I picked out a super cute clutch from their vast selection of accessories, and found a dainty gold ring as well. Cherry on top was the pricing. Will definitely be back!
