Wow I just Love this Inn A Block from the Beach, I Love Room 7 Or 5, it got a Big King Size Bed and a small Kitchen that has all the Comfort of Home I open the Window and I can Hear the Beach, Two of most Favorite Restaurants you can walk Hoagies's and Splash Clam Chowder both have a great Choice of Food and Atmosphere. There is much you can do that in Walking Distance Bowling or Pool Tables for Breakfast I go to Cool Cats or Brad Restaurant, just one Block away. Less than 5 miles you have the Outlet Mall. Monarch butterflies.. Movie theater. Driving on the Beach or Rental of Four Wheeler's, and sand rails, there is Wine Tasting. And Downtown San Luis Obispo has Shopping Thursdays Night Farmers Market Parking doses Cost Restaurant are Plenty. Visit Avila Beach. And San Luis Obispo Pier fishing buying fresh Seafood Caught Locally and then Return to the Comfort of Home your Room and enjoy the Fireplace and all the King Size Bed you will want to Sleep in.

For being so close to the Beach you would never know, it is Quite & Well Maintained. I stay in Room 7 I am in Love with the Room the is so comfortable and you can open the window all the way. I Love that the night Life is at my Fingertips I can walk less then a Block to Harry’s Night Club, as well at Splash Clam Chowder Restaurant, Cool Cats Restaurant and my favorite Hoagie Restaurant in right across the street, the Beach and Pier plus the Playground on the Beach is a 3 minute walk. I know you can’t believe all I can say is come Sunday through Thursday and the Rooms are a lot Cheaper. Because of the off Season I come here at Least 7-10 times a year arriving Sunday Afternoon or Friday morning. The Rooms speak for themselves. It is a Five Star for a Reason spend a couple of Nights and you will see for yourself. Enjoy your Stay it has free Parking so need to Drive. You will Feel at Home. But better. ♥️??

So close to all the action and beach! Rooms feels like home and clean. Parking is a little tight if you have a big car but theres plenty of free parking next door. The lady at registration Grace is very sweet. She is sarcastically hilarious too!!! Love her humor. We talked as if we felt like we knew each other for a long time. Never had that experience with someone before. Shes a gem! Will stay here again because of location and Grace!!!!

This place is so homey and close to the beach. They have a k machine, cups, utensils, microwave, a little table with chairs, and so many other things. There's also a lot of restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance. The staff member was super sweet and personable. Would totally come back here again.

We absolutely love the Beachcomber! A wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful rooms and excellent service! We loved our stay and plan to be back!

Beachcomer Inn is a super clean place to stay. Everything was great! Located right in the middle of Downtown Pismo Beach. It's walking distance to the pier and much more.

The best place to stay in Pismo. The owner is the absolute sweetest gal. Love staying here anytime i'm in town. She never fails to ensure that my stay here is comfortable and is worth while.

This little place turned out to be the best decision!! If you’re going to the beach, the location is amazing. It’s a block from the pier, so no need to look for parking and no sand getting in your car afterwards. The rooms are very clean and updated and have tons of extras, including filtered drinking water, liquid hand soap (and bar, if you like), paper plates and utensils, step stool for kids, laundry basket, lap desk, lots of cupboard/drawer space, separate kitchen sink, super fast internet, and even a candy bowl. You get a covered parking space too. The only con for us was that the bed, while comfy, was noisy getting in and out. And Grace, the proprietor, was very kind and willing to help us with whatever! Definitely recommend!

The room itself is nice. Great location. Comfy bed. All the little knickknacks you need. I was just surprised with all the reviews that no one mentioned that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, at least in Room 1 there isn’t. Parking can be a bit tight also

Love staying here when we get the chance. The rooms make you feel like you are at home. Cozy, clean and love the beach decor. Ms. Le Grand is always a pleasure to see and chat with when she isn't busy. Close to all shops and restaurants which is super nice. Will always choose this place over any other hotel in Pismo.

Nice ocean views pretty close to the ocean/water and to shopping centers. It is right next to the Pismo Beach sing. I recommend going to the carshow it is huge and you feel like you are at the hot August night but at the beach. Check the weather but still bring clothes for hot and cold weather. Enjoy have fun! If you read up to this point go to Scorpio caffe bring the black coffee cup ? pretty please.

Cute, comfortable and well appointed The B. I. is a great place to stay. The eye level fireplace is soothing.And manager Grace makes you welcome. She is part of why we choose to stay here!

Cutest place to stay in Pismo Beach which is an adorable town. A spacious room with a fridge (much appreciated) and everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Not just a chocolate on the bed, but a whole bowl of assorted gourmet chocolates! An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. But what makes the BeachComber special is Grace who picked us up at the San Luis Obispo train station and took us back the next day! Incredible. She said not to bother with checking out as she didn't need the room. She's a riot. We'll definitely return here.
