RAF Property Management was great in supporting me to rent an apartment in Berkeley! Kate was kind, professional and built a good bridge between me and the owner of the apartment. She helped us to achieve fair agreements, being very empathetic with my situation as a foreigner, always looking for accommodating my needs. The apartment was in very good conditions and when something needed to be done, their staff was very helpful and would fix it without charging me.

Jason and his staff are awesome! Made my first time home buying experience a delight. He’s very knowledgeable and great to work with. He kept everything upfront and honest which I really appreciate. Answer my 100 million questions I had since I was so clueless. I gain so much knowledge from Jason from purchasing my new home that I didn’t know about. I am just so grateful to have work with such great people. I will definitely be reaching out again for future purchases.

Jason and his realtor and staff did an excellent job managing my rental property. The transition to professional management was smooth with all steps explained to me. They provided monthly online accounting of income & expenses. They efficiently handled new lease execution explaining all of the details. They handled tenant move out, inspections and deposit returns.I am very happy with RAF Investment Services work in handling my investment property.I am also very happy with how Jason and his Realtor assisted me in preparing the property for sale, including coordinating repairs, remodeling and staging of the property. They handled all details and explained the process. Jason's real estate agent has an excellent sense for remodeling creating a contemporary & modern look. The property was sold in a timely manner and for a great price.Jason and his agent then helped with the exchange process. They assisted in locating, investigating and the identifying properties for possible exchange. Jason, and RAF investments, are the absolute best when dealing with real estate. Jason is extremely knowledgable when it comes to buying, selling, investing, renting, property management, etc. His years of experience show every time you have a conversation with him. His problem solving skills, and creativity absolutely blow me away when it comes to finding financing, closing loans, and dealing with the intricacies of all things real estate related. I have used RAF for multiple loans, and am beyond satisfied with their service. Dealing with real estate is usually stressful for us novice people. When using RAF I always knew I was in excellent hands where they handled everything, and made it soo simple for me to just relax through the process, letting them handle it, knowing I was getting the best deal, the best loan option, and best care there is. Thank you Jason for all that you have done for me! Cant recommend you and your team enough.

Working with Jason and his staff was an amazing experience. He saw possibilities where other people saw none. I was able to re-fi my house at a much lower interest rate and therefore at a substantial savings--even though my mortgage holder at the time told me that I wouldn't qualify and shouldn't even bother trying. Jason and Kate walked me through every step and told me what documentation I needed as we went along. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. I am so grateful and can't recommend Jason and his company highly enough.

I have hired RAF mortgage to obtain a loan on the property I had just purchased. They quoted me one price, snd by the time we were ready to sign the loan papers, they had increased the rate (a rats that should've been locked). But that was only part of the problem. The big surprise was that they had lost my records. Also, they continue to be active on the Solano business Association, but in fact have no business on Solano Ave. Not honest.

I worked with Jason on a refi. He guided me throughout the whole process from application to the appraisal to get it done. He has extensive years of experience and I got a great rate in the 2 percent club. Couldn't be happier.
