Walked in for the first time, needed an adjustment on the stiffness of my new driver, same day turnaround and best price around. My advice to all, don't walk past this place if you play golf.

5 out of 5 all around- professional, friendly, and very knowledgable! AJ is the man to go see. I let him know what I was experiencing with my new set and how the game has gotten less fun with how bad I was playing. After reviewing my swing and seeing where the contact was on the face, he knew immediately what was needed to be adjusted on my irons. He adjusted the lie angle to my irons and behold- i was hitting the middle of the face 90%-95% of the time. Even the misses weren't horrendous. With the adjustment and the new dope grips- AJ definitely got me to love the game again! Appreciate you AJ!

Knowledgeable and accessible. Easy reservation to have my clubs lengthened and regripped. A good selection and reasonable prices compared with other places. One man with the equipment to do the job, out of his garage; a full setup.

My name is David Na, I am a professional golfer here in the Bay Area. I've been chasing the PGA Tour since 2020 playing in Monday qualifiers, q schools, and mini tours all over the country. During my journey AL Joe has been the guy I've been going to for all my grips, repairs, and loft/lies. His attention to detail is what separates himself from all the other golf shops here in the Bay Area. His knowledge for clubs is spot on and I trust his work. Great place! The main guy there is AJ. He's a cool guy and works fast and efficient, as he regripped 3 of my golf clubs in 5 minutes. Definitely earned a regular customer!

Grip It Golf is a local treasure. I recently decided to take up golf after a 30 year hiatus. After a few practice swings, A.J. explained my options for a set of used clubs with expertise. I ended up opting for a higher end graphic shafted used set of Pings. After four months of playing with the set, the shafts started to display signs of stress fractures. I approached A.J. to discuss repair options, and was pleasantly surprised when he told me he would repair the clubs at no cost. A.J. stands firmly behind his products, and his customers. He has the best ball prices you will find, and a wealth of knowledge to share. A.J. is my first stop if I need anything golf related. Grip it golf is a unicorn in todays world of big box retail. If you like "old school" customer service, this is the place for you.
