I joined Verizon in October of 2020. I went into the location and was helped by Nay (213) 200-2075 who informed me of a promotion that was going on where I could trade my old phone in, receive a 550$ credit and was told I would be receiving a 200$ rebate in the mail. I was told my bill was going to be 100$ which included 3 lines (phone,ipad,iwatch). He told me the remaining balance for the purchased phone and iPad would be added to my bill each month. I told him I did not want my bill fluctuating so I would pay the remaining phone balance at the time of the contract, that way My bill could remain at 100$ a month. Nay told me the bill was going to be slightly higher the first couple of months, but to not worry, that once the warehouse who they send the phones to received my phone I would be getting reimbursed. Well fast forward to March 2020 , and I was still waiting for this to reflect on my account. Mind you my first bill was 300$ , and every month after that had been 138$ . I contacted Nay first week of March through his work cellphone. Nay stated he would check out my account and get back to me. Long story short after 2 months of going back and forth he tells me they had misplaced my phone, but that they had finally located it and they were going to send it out ASAP. He told me to give it some time to reflect on my account. Well fast forward to June 2020, still being charged for a phone I have already paid for. I called Verizon customer service and was told the location I purchased my phone is owned by Victra and I would have to contact the store directly. I made an appointment with the Store Manager Jose who basically told me he couldn't do anything on the spot but that he would be contacting corporate regarding my matter. He gave me a corporate email ([email protected]
) and told me to email them. I did that and have yet to hear back from them. I have contacted Manager Jose several times and every time he assures me the matter is being handled. But in reality it's been a year now and I am still being ripped off by Verizon and Victra. Not only have I been overcharged, but I have been harassed about payments, been lied to, and have been caused stress for over a year now. I would not recommend anyone to this Location.

Horrible service!! Was assisted by Raul, and this guy stated that the phone came with free accessories so of course I got (3). Come to find out they were all individually sold. Which is fine, however, why would you make it seem like it's included?! If it's included sure I'll take them but if not, then obviously I had no reason too! I had preordered the iPhone 13 pro max and specifically gave him the color I wanted and we still received the wrong color! This guy really gives Verizon a bad name!

Do not do business here. They are more than happy to take your money but are unwilling or unable to solve problems. I purchased an SE on a 300$ off promotion but am getting billed for the full $410 every month. I have been in 4 times trying to resolve the issue. The first two times I was told to just wait and it "will show up next month." The third time, Ryan sincerely tried to help me by submitting a form. This 4th time Raul submitted the same form AGAIN. I am beyond frustrated.

Been here a few times and finally found the best associate. She is very patient, knows her stuff, tries to find you discounts, and very persistent in getting the deals. She calls managers, and moves up to get the answers needed. If you need assistance, see Yesica Nieto

best sales folks around. everything they tell you is a lie . they dont give you a thing for free, say the plan comes with free gifts but yet are charged overcharged prices for generic materials, not even an official Verizon charger but a knock off and a knock off case. also was offered a trade in deal for my phone. was told about 500 for the phone, sure i say, bill comes in, Was only given like fifty. like what a great group of swindlers. these folks bring down the name Verizon and are not worth the building they are in, the clothes they're wearing or the jobs they have , easy as it may be . further more if you try talking with the manager they hide each other from accountability and lie for one another, its adorable. check it out, if you dare.. or you may just say the trouble and head over to a reputable store front like the one in Whittier or Montebello. your welcome for saving you the stress and embarrassment. these sale junkies will get a nice class action on them soon enough. they have been getting a ton of angry customers lately, all with the similar story as I. hope you are not one, if so. lets throw a book at them shall we?:) still waiting for the manager to call us back like they promised.

Raul helped me out great setup. I switched from T-Mobile because it was so dam slow after Verizon I’m downloading at a rate of 40mbs minimum. Great service. !!

Wanted to give a special shout-out to Nay who helped me switch over from an iPhone X to a 12 pro. He was awesome! It's ALWAYSa time consuming process but he did his best to get me out in a timely manner and helped me the best way to save money with my trade in and phone plan. Thanks again Nay!

Service with a smile. While they screw you! I knew it was too good to be true about the accessories being free. I am upset with the fact i was provided no paper work to overview before signing and could not be allowed to deny the product accessories because they were a “bundle” that was included for “free”. At the end they have you sign contract which all makes sense but the ending which consisted of accessories were not allowed to be returned... at this point i should have known I was getting ripped off. Turns out when I walked out I got my emailed receipt stating the taxes and my accessories, a charge of $159, for a charger, screen protector and case totaling 285-289 dollars. In conclusion I will be looking to take these guys to small claims for false advertising and not providing enough information on their “free bundle”. Avoid this location because they will lie to you with a smile on their faces. All they had to do was just be upfront and tell me i would need to pay for these and give me the option to refuse to make it a great experience. Victra, if you’re reading this take a lesson in customer service. Be transparent with your customers in the future to avoid such situations and please don't lie to us and take us for an idiot.

Service has always been great here and no long lines ever. But Verizon is so expensive. It would be nice if they did something for long time customers.

The manager at this store told me because so many people wanted the new iPhone12 that if I wanted it I'd have to buy it with accessories, as a bundle. That is illegal and called PRICE GOUGING. It was the only store that had one left so I had to go there. They didn't know how to make the switchover from old phone to new phone happen so corporate had to step in and do it on their end yet the girl helping me laughed at me and was passive aggressive. The asst manager urged me to please give them a great review.
