I was there today or Sunday afternoon June 2nd and had a bad experience at the car wash. The older gentleman that did my car left it looking very bad and when I pointed out the things he missed he didn't want to correct anything so I paid for detailing and my car is still very dirty

I filled out gas and got car wash on 07/23/2023, when tried to go for wash, it was closed, went to talk to the employee for refund, employee said he can't, call later and talk to manager. Called later and talked to manager, manager was so rude, she said just give this to anybody you know in LA, I am from TX, was traveling, there is no way I am going back to LA for a $12.99 car wash; Shell Co should take there logo out of this store, they just want to ripe you, if car wash is close, they close the option of buying the car wash at the pump

This place is under new management now and there is a 10% discount on any car wash service for first time and returning customers. Just ask to speak to Scott. In addition, Gas prices are the lowest of any shell within 2 square miles and there is a 10 cents cash discount vs. credit which wasn't there before.

Was trying to go buy something from the gas station and the employee just shut the door without even acknowledging me and put up a sign that says we're closed. Like terrible customer service. Go to the shell on Washington and Paramount. They are open and nicer than this station.

Worst gas station ever! Do not go here they are shady af the manger is a joke she's rude as hell! She needs to get fired and I asked to speak to the owner she refused to give me the info and I asked them for a complaint number and of course they said there was none ! If you wana get scammed and jacked for your money this is the place ! The manager hangs up on you and then blocks your number. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Puras transas hacen aqui !

This review is for the car wash only. I paid $12.99 for a car wash that includes drying and putting tire shine on the tires. When my car was done being washed, I went and parked to get my car dried. No employee came by for about 10 min to dry it. So my husband and I ended up drying it ourselves, so it wouldn't get water stains on the car. One of the guys eventually came and put tire shine on the tires. My husband went inside to complain to the Shell csr that no one came by to dry our car. She said you just needed to wait. He said I did wait for 10 minutes and no one came. So I just ended up drying myself because I didn't want water stains. The csr was asking the car wash guy what to do because she seemed clueless. She basically just said there is nothing we can do for you. Ugh! It always irks me when someone on the job is clueless on what to do when a customer is unhappy. This just tells me there is zero training in customer service satisfaction. The correct thing to do in this situation is say, "I'm sorry no one came to dry your car. To show our appreciation, please accept this coupon for a free car wash." Not, "there is nothing I can do for you." Message to the owner, please train your staff on customer service satisfaction when a customer is unhappy. And have your guys doing the car washes have a better system of some sort, so that this doesn't happen again where a car isn't dried in a timely manner. I don't think I'll be coming here again.

I paid ten dollars for them to scratch my brand new car. I called a different shell who told me they would take pictures and send them to corporate. However, when I showed up to this shell where I got my car washed the manager refused and said their machine "doesn't scratch cars". When we told her we had pictures bc it's a NEW car she got defensive and started telling us "well why do you have pictures to come to a car wash"????? My car is worse than where it started now.

If you want a $7 car wash that does not include soap, and that has hard rubber bristles on the brushes to scratch your car, then this is the perfect place for you.

A middle-aged Mexican female cashier has a very bad attitude! I just asked about the bathroom and was told there was no bathroom! There’s no restroom at this gas station? Terrible! She spoke with an extremely contemptuous expression, her eyes were on the top of her head, and she looked at people through her nostrils! This scumbag!

Be on the lookout for their sneaky cashier Gladys because she pocketed the cash for the customer next to me and told me I was pumping their money into my car so she made me.oay for their gas. Only to find out I ended up pumping gas for two cars and a transaction worth 80$ when it shouldve been 35$. Thee slimiest place I've ever been too and the cashier's are crooks. I spoke to customer service who said they will look into it and I'm now on the 2nd week of reviewal I hope she finds a new job as the bathroom janitor for that store and doesn't deserve to be behind the counter.

I pumped gas on April 14 and used my credit card and my card was used last here at this shell. 1 week later my car was used to pay for a donation of $5.00, next $300 for rock auto and then $450 for a surfboard. Someone that works here or someone is using the pumps as skimmer to steal credit cards. Use cash only if u wanna use this gas station.
