Staff knowledgeable and friendly!! I went in to get my auto pay changed to a new card. Had some problems with my new card but everything got taken care of!! I always just go to this location cuz of how nice the staff always is & they are fast!!

Went to metro to buy a new phone August 4th 10am. employee was 40 mins late, came back around at 11am.Was overall an ok experience however Adrian added insurance to my plan with out my concent or knowledge.I like this store alot , it's close and convient, but this kind of bums me out.Invoice :129474Account :57777employee ID : Adrian

Came in to this location yesterday to purchase a phone and they had a rep named jessi help me, im guessing she was new and had no idea what she was doing. Told her not to add insurance and she added it with out my knowledge or permission anyways. Not to mention she put me on the wrong plan and i had to call customer service to fix her mess. Dont leave new employees alone iff they are not ready.

I had a great experience here awesome customer service from Lily she was so nice,friendly, and helpful. Before I came here I went to the metro pcs inside the superior market on whittier blvd in Pico Rivera said hi good morning to the girl she looked like she was in a bad mood and said can I help you in a very unfriendly way like if she didn't wanna do her job she said the system was down so I went to the slauson metro pcs where I was treated with excellent customer service

Angel and Alondra were so helpful! They helped me find a phone within my budget that also met all my needs. Without me even asking they pointed out I was paying too much for the amount of lines I have active. They helped me lower my monthly payment and help me get Amazon Prime, I didnt even know I qualified for free Prime. Thank you guys! Best customer service I've experienced at Metro.
