customer service from Lisa and Jessica at the front desk was great and Pablo and his crew did amazing work on my truck. accident looks like it never happened! worked well with insurance and cost was minimal. five stars and definitely recommended

This Body shop had great customer service. Pablo was very helpful and professional. I originally came in to just get a quote however based on the service and expertise I decided to get my car repaired here. They even buffed out some water marks I had shown them at no charge. Will return if I have any auto issues that come up.

I generally avoid writing negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with Green Automotive compels me to share my dissatisfaction. I brought in my BMW M4 for a simple front bumper repair, only to be met with disappointment at every turn.The promised repair timeline was significantly exceeded, citing delays due to a purported part arrival issue. However, what struck me was a sense of bias against my car's make – a comment insinuating that BMW repairs tend to be pricier and potentially justifying the delay.Adding to my frustration, I discovered an extra 100 miles on my car's odometer after the service. I meticulously tracked the mileage, and there's simply no justification for such an excessive drive. My intention was a bumper repair, not an engine overhaul, so this unnecessary mileage was unacceptable.

Best shop ever!! They’re fast, reasonable, experienced and amazing customer service in your language. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They’re fighters with the responsible Insurabce or party. The shop is huge and can help with any kind and any size vehicles, trucks , trailers, Bikes, motor homes etc. I recommend them highly. Excellent service. Turn around time was quick and my car looks better then ever! Lisa in the front office has great customer service. Any questions I had she answered or got back to me instantly. Came for a quick estimate on my vehicle. Pablo and Hector really helped me understand how my repairs would go. The ladies in the front desk also gave me updates whenever I had a question about my car. I love supporting local mom and pop shops and this collision center has become one of my favorite.
