I thought my battery was needing to be replaced, they took the time to show me on the computer that my numbers where good! Coming to find out I was blocking the vent to the battery causing it to over heat! No charge for me that day! The customers service was friendly and on time! If I have any problems in the future I'm defiantly taking my car there.

The owner of this place is a complete nut case. Selling used parts and overcharging people isn't a good way to do business. My advice is to go elsewhere.

A big shoutout to Mesh & Kathy (Office Mgr) , I had my 2nd positive experience knowing I put my car in good hands. Mesh is a top- notch skilled pro, fully explaining issues, I trust his integrity-he’s also super friendly, interesting & a cool guy exceeding my expectations. It’s always a treat to see Max, Mesh’s gentle & sweet dog! Much appreciation for taking good care of my Prius & I- p.s.-very comfortable waiting area with the necessities: coffee, wi-fi & super clean restroom!! Keep up the great job, very grateful I heard the good reviews about you from other satisfied customers.

Ed and the crew did a superior job replacing the hybrid battery in my older Honda Accord! It has been a couple of weeks since the service was done and my car runs better than it has in a few years. I would highly recommend this shop for your hybrid repairs!!!

Called in to make a appointment. Guy on the phone was very rude telling me to get "straight to the point" wouldn't even let me explain what was going on with my car. All he was talking about was money and saying don't waste my time. I've been in the industry for ten years and I never talked to a customer like that and I would do the best to help my customer out. This place is a joke. Money hungry and not for the customer. They put their heads on a high pedestal just because they had enough money to buy computers to do the work for a them. And not do actual machincal work. What a joke.

I have had such knowledgeable, honest/ethical experiences from Ed with my 2002 Prius-it is so refreshing to take my car to a shop that I know I won't get rooked and Ed really knows his stuff! Plus, Ed is always a joy to chat with, he's an authentic good guy! Thank You Ed, you Rock!!

I am an owner of a 2005 Toyota Prius and I tend to do things on my own but in this case I forgot a small step in the process of changing out my 12V battery. Make SURE the ORANGE power clip is clicked ALL the way down after you reinstall the battery. Customer service is great here they're all super easy to talk to and genuinely want the best for your hybrid. Truly is my hybrid haven! Will defiantly come back if more serious matters occur.

I’ve been coming to Hybrid Haven for years and just now getting around to thank them for their continuous amazing work. I’ve brought my Prius here and even our suburban and they have always found my issues and fixed them in a timely matter. Keep bringing them business because we can not afford to lose such a wonderful company. I have friends in Santa Rosa who come here for their oil change- that’s how great they are!!
