Waste of time to get your prescriptions filled here.

Well , they answer the phone with the greeting of "HOLD!!!" , and then you're automatically put on hold . No hello , or how are you . I thought once she came back I'd get a hello , but no , "DATE OF BIRTH!!" No personability, no kindness . Just abrupt rudeness . Can't stand calling this pharmacy. Do you not pay your techs well ? They're miserable, and it shows .

Dr called in Rx for me and told me to pick up today because it was important to start medicine right away. Went 30 minutes before closing to make sure it was ready and they told me it was not ready and they would not get it ready until after 10 am tomorrow. It was not crowded.

It's a decent place to get your prescriptions however the service isn't the fastest, I often have to wait in line for at least 5 minutes before being seen and the wait time to get my prescriptions filled is often close to half an hour

PAUL, AT PETALUMA HEALTH CENTER PHARMACY, IS FANTASTIC. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND CARING. AN ASSET TO PHC!

What has happened? Years ago, when PHC added the pharmacy, I was thrilled. And honestly, rarely had issues. But this past year or so, problems are all I've had!I have an autoimmune disease and take over 20 medications. They are NOT all refilled at the same time, so I am already forced to make numerous trips. Unfortunately!Recently, my primary sent the refill of a controlled rx to the pharmacy. Two days later, I went to pick up, and was told it wasn't ready. Really? 2 days later and it's not ready? When I questioned this, I was told that they no longer fill rx unless or until the patient calls or comes in. What? I was told it would be 45min-an hour.Today, I went to pick up 3 rx I called in 2 days ago. I'd received a call from PHC saying rx refills had been sent over. I also received an automated call from the pharmacy saying my "prescription is ready."Only 1 of 3 were ready!I was told, (with such attitude!) by a new employee, that I'd received a call saying 1 specific rx was ready. Not true. It's a generic message and does not specify what is ready. It's absolutely ridiculous!Short of going to PHC several times a week, or sitting in the cesspool of germs and illnesses for hours, it seems impossible to refill rx in a timely manner any longer.I try to arrive around 12:30 on weekdays or 9 on Saturdays to avoid the crowds. These days, no matter what time, the line is 10-15 deep. It's been so convenient, but I'm ready to go elsewhere. Any suggestions???I don't have the time or patience to micromanage the pharmacy. Especially with the horrible attitude of new staff.I'm so disappointed.

Professional and wait times are reasonable

I love the level of professionalism and personal care available at the Petaluma Health Center. After having one primary physician for over 40 years who retired I decided to try PHC's services and have been thoroughly pleased over the last 3 years.

They make you wait a long time and to make matters worse, the person at the pharmacy gives you medicine that he has there and not what the specific prescription says. They don't care if you are allergic to that medicine and with a bad attitude they tell you if you don't want it, then leave it at last. that he already charged for the medication.

The person who spoke with me over the phone was very kind and helpful so it was a good experience. I was able to make my first appointment there without any problem. So glad I called.

Not the cheapest, but nice to be able to pickup meds after apt without having to go else where
