Honest good work. I like how the mechanic who works on your vehicle comes out and talks to you personally. One thing I wish was better was communication when your vehicle may be ready or status of the work. Overall a good trusted mechanic, will go back to them again.

Excellent. I'm a tourist, I was traveling, my car broke down and Chris repaired it after three other mechanics who didn't know how to do it. At reception Adriana is very friendly. All ten points. I loved this workshop and Chris is very handsome.

Chris and his staff take great care of my Chevy Silverado (that I pull my horse trailer with) and now May Audi. I'm very comfortable driving my horse to Montana and back knowing the Chevy is totally reliable.

I did not have an appointment, but had to have my car towed to Empire. Chris immediately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within minutes. I've taken 3 separate vehicles here, every single time I've had a 10 star experience. No random odd false parts offered or needed, just pure honesty and pure professionalism. Seriously amazing service!! I was referred here by another auto place in the area that couldn't fix what I needed - an oil leak in my car. The team at Empire welcomed me and got me set with an appointment the next day! During my service time, I relaxed in the comfy waiting room with tons of snacks and amenities. The man helping me - who I believe may be the owner? - was so attentive and explained what they were doing at each step. He called me by name each time he had info to report back, and got my car all fixed up in just a few hours. The total cost ended up being $100 less than originally quoted because he discounted some of the labor time! He made a lifetime customer out of me and my brother who lives in town. We will definitely be back!
