This is a real RV shop. They have mechanical up front and the rest out back. Between the two they do it all. They even have a storage yard. Nothing like parking your RV at its storage spot and having them take care of a few things at their convenience.

Incompetent people, they don't stand behind their failed repairs and will make you pay another diagnosis fee to find out their mess. If you are a business owner with limited time, go somewhere else

Knowledgeable and friendly shop. They were able to diagnose my troublesome RV generator issue

We brought our 2016 Tiffin Allegro in because the ABS and brake light were coming on sporadically, we already had it diagnosed at another shop and had the code. All they had to do was to diagnose the code and figure out why it was coming on. He calls me back and says it will be $550 because they had to reprogram the whole computer on the coach. I pay the $420 that he now says I owe and drive it home. The light comes back on just as I arrive home. He says bring it back, next day he reprograms the computer again while I'm talking to him...this takes him five minutes. So I drive it home and the light comes on again and I realize he charged me $420 for five minutes of work, what a jerk!! Don't take your vehicle to this rip off jerk!!

Terrible communication and an attitude to go with it. Absolutely the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. This is the first review I’ve ever left for any business. Point being this really upset me. If you have other options I would explore them.Service: Oil change

Speedy and helpful testing of my RV’s generator. Friendly and skilled, price competitive.

$700 for oil change & new air filter & inspections that don't get discounted if the work is done. What a rip off! Keep your motorhome away from these thieves & con artists. Had I seen some of these reviews prior, I'd not have given them my business. It's a drag there are so few options for engine maintenance of motorhomes, but these guys should NOT be an option. Stay away.

Con artists. Refused to give me an itemized estimate before commencing work on my RV, said they could only itemize AFTER work was done. Then proceeded to charge $357 for 12.2 quarts of oil that could have been purchased at a store for $98.68. On top of that, charged $143 for labor to change the oil. TOTAL OF $500 FOR AN OIL CHANGE--a price which they refused to give me until AFTER they did the work. They said I needed new batteries, which I bought at the price quoted--but AFTER the batteries were installed, they charged an ADDITIONAL $577 for "INSPECTING" the batteries. They were unable to give me any further details on exactly what that inspection entailed. They tried to get me to authorize additional "diagnostic work" for $735 which did not include any repairs. Before I authorized that, fortunately I checked with the manufacturer and a dealer. Both said what they were proposing made no sense and was unnecessary. The dealer actually called them to give them a chance to explain why they were proposing this work, and they were unable to give any good reason. The classy website totally misrepresents the services they can provide. For this reason, it's possible the business may have changed hands, with the website reflecting what the former owners offered. However, that is just an inference.I plan to file complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB. These fraudulent practices should not be allowed to continue. Note that I am 78 years old and female. They probably saw me as easy prey.Services: Oil change

Con artists. Not the same people mentioned in the favorable reviews. All my contacts were with Isabella. It appears the business has a new operator. She refused to give me an itemized estimate before commencing work on my RV, said they could only itemize AFTER work was done. They were unable to give me any further details on exactly what that supposed inspection entailed. The names mentioned in the other reviews are not those of the people I dealt with. Furthermore, the other reviews mention that ALED worked with their extended warranty provider. They flat out refused to do this for me. They would not even talk to the warranty claims rep to explain their findings. (I sure know why.) It appears the business has changed hands, with the new operator being far different from the former. I plan to file complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB. These fraudulent practices should not be allowed to continue. Note that I am 78 years old and female. They probably saw me as easy prey.

After 7 or 8 years of competent mechanical services I have to separate myself and my motorhome from this joint. In the years past, they had almost stewardship delegation for all things related to my RV chassis. That may have been part of the issue: I trusted them. According to their older reviews, I was not alone in my trust. However, consider this as you consider Aled, if they did the following to a customer of long standing, just imagine the lack of care that could be shown to someone passing through or a new customer. Other than the first few times, I never checked their invoice or work. My bad, but like I said, I trusted them explicitly. Last year I basically went in for a toothache but paid for open heart surgery instead. I became a bit skeptical and concerned. Issues that had allegedly be addressed 2 years year before cropped up again which confused me. Granted, I drive my RV more than most and I expect wear and tear, but this put me on alert. This time I took it in for a suspension/rotor/tire issue (again) and a routine oil change and was floored with the nonsensical pricing and "diagnostics" and timeline for ordering parts. It wasn't the clear communication and service I expected and made me feel as if I was getting bamboozled. For example, to be told basically what I told them (suspension, rotors, tire issue) cost me $497.00 which was what, 4 hours or so of shop time? Yeah, right. I agreed to have some of the less extensive work done because it was there but declined the more significant repairs which will be taken else where. Now for the doozies: I picked up my RV and was told the tech who allegedly drove it after the repairs said there was still a slight pull to the left which was likely the shocks. Okay. However, driving it was like driving a bucking bronco, pulled to the left like demons were yanking it into hell and just rode sloppy and rough. After about 20 miles, I checked the tires and then checked the airbags. The left airbag had no air in it. Whoever re-welded an airbag bracket at least had enough sense to let the air out, but never refilled the left one. I refilled it but it is now leaking, not a big surprise after driving on it. When I limped home I crawled under the RV. Believe me, I don't want to spend much time there but have a reasonable sense of what I am looking at. Nothing was lubricated or greased (said it was on the sheet), fluids were not topped off (said it was). The "safety check" apparently doesn't include checking pressure in the air bags or noticing a missing battery bracket. At least it has 6 new tires and seems to have clean oil. Price for this? $2761.64 including 500 "diagnostics", resurfacing the rotors (appears to have been done) and an alignment plus whatever pretty penny it cost me to replace the airbags. Furious and done. Most of these issues are a result horrifyingly lazy, shoddy and unsafe working practices which defy explanation. Others may be the result of outgrowing their capacity to provide the excellent service they have in the past. Where as before, one dealt directly with the owner or one of the techs, now information and communication is filtered back and forth through a 3rd person. The desk person seemed fine but information is bound to be lost. It saddens me that a good company seems to be in a death spiral.
