Wayne is rude and disrespectful- speaks to clients condescendingly. Tells customers they “require too much communication”. WHAT A JOKE. Very unprofessional. They don’t answer their phone lines. Never show up when they say they will. Wont give you update either. Would NEVER recommend this company. EVER.

I've been trying to contact them for two whole days because my home won't heat. Their voice mailbox is full and not accepting new messages. I made an appointment with them and they told me they'd send someone out here between 9am - 1pm. That window has just passed and I've received ZERO word on whether or not anyone is showing up. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!! I hope your technicians aren't as hopeless as your customer support line. What happened to being professional?

Just wanted to give props to Fastway for taking care of our air conditioning. Josh did a great job. Very friendly and detailed with his work. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanx for the great work.

Well the guy fixed our ac but he was not wearing a mask. I have a newborn at home and I really do not appreciate the lack of consideration. Please make sure your workers are wearing masks. Totally reckless to expose customers like that..

They were great! AC unit wouldn't turn on, and they were out to my house the next day.Repair guy was very thorough and friendly. Changed my fuses, cleaned my AC unit, cleaned my furnace unit, and gave me advice on what types of air filters to use.

My air conditioner broke on Tuesday Josh from Fastway was here on Thursday. He was fast , efficient and fixed it with no issues. He even petted my dog and cat‼Great service awesome repairman‼Thanks Josh for saving us from the next heat wave and for showing me that my filters needed to be changed‼

Loved that they showed up covid friendly. I had service done to my ac unit back in September and it wasn't fixed properly Trent showed up on time listened to my concerns went out and did his thing I appreciate the fact it probably took him longer to drive to my residence and than it took him to fix my problem and still was very professional... Before he left he insured my issue was resolved and let me know what the problem was. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Trent

Josh showed up this Morning with a new unit to install. He was very professional, courteous and fast. He made us so so happy when the sound of the Air came on inside the house. Thank you Josh for all of your hard work, we really really appreciate for giving us a relief. Thanks Josh.

Came to fix our AC it worked for 10 min then started blowing hot air. Been calling for almost a week and can’t get in contact with anyone to come back out to fix the AC.

Very professional and time conscience. I will definitely recommend them. Josh came out to replace my a/c unit and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And the best part, he hauled away my old unit and replaced it with another all by himself. Me and my family are sitting on 78* and loving it. Thanks Fast Way
