The Stihl store at True Value Penn Valley is a fantastic store with the best equipment and is run by the best people. Ryan and Tony are as good as it gets in every way: the quality service, knowledge and help that they give is beyond great. True Value is an all-around great hardware store, and the Stihl store is as good as it gets. Talk about "true value"!

Stihl repairs are garbage.
Repairman makes excuses for his poor work and lies above the options of what they could have done. Management woke and doesn't like their employees called idiots. They would rather not solve the problem and instead waste our time.

My husband and I have been renovating our house for some time. Lately, we are to the point where it's such a drag to do projects around the house. More needs done but we are not feeling it. However, every once in a while we get a burst of energy and excitement for what the result of a certain project could be, and True Value is our first go to choice for our home projects needs. Thus far, everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Perfect one stop shop for all my outdoor needs! The employees that work on the floor and so helpful each and every time! They always do what they can to help no matter what they make sure to help you find what you need! The prices are pretty comparable maybe slightly more expensive but the conveneience of not having to go into grass valley or yuba city is great! They are always in stock of everything I have never had an issue of them not having what I needed not once!

It is all right really expensive and really good now they have a lot of stuff but it's good price they have a lot of stuff that's really expensive and some things that aren't so expensive some things that are high quality very high quality send things that aren't very good quality at all in some that are just right so you should be able to find what you want just depends on what quality you're looking and how much you want to spend but if you want to spend a little on high quality or spend a lot on some low quality if your spot
