I’ve called this place over 6 times during business hours, constantly get the voicemail, I’ve never talked to anybody who works there, i even drove down there, again during business hours, and there was ‘NOBODY there. It was recommended by my roommate to get my tint from them but I’ve even left voicemails with a call back number like they ask for on the voicemail and i have never received a call back. So beyond bummed and disappointed.

I spent $450 to get my truck windows tinted. I let them dry for 72 hrs before rolling any of them down at all like your supposed to. About 2 weeks later I noticed the tint visor on the windshield was starting to bubble in the corners. I started looking at the other windows and there were some bubbles in the corners along the bottom as well. Anyways I do understand that no one's perfect and things happen. So I went down to show him the windshield visor piece thinking he would help me out with that seeing as that should not ever happen. First off he was in no way willing to help me out with it and back up his sub par workmanship he also basically called me a liar and said that it was my fault that the tint bubbles. This is not the way a customer should ever be talked to or treated! He actually wanted me to pay all over again and was willing to do nothing but call me a liar! I would never recommend anyone like him to do your window tint or anything else for that matter! Shane on him!!!?

My girlfriend took her car in to get the windows tinted, 3 weeks later and bubbles began to appear due to trapped lint from poor application. All 7 windows have bubble issues, including the driver door window having a very loose and exposed top (will probably expand very fast). Called and brought the car back in to Mason's to have it checked out, owner did not take much time to inspect the windows nor did he want to repair the tint on all 7 windows. His wife lied and explained that bubbles were normal even 3 weeks after installation. After getting secondary expert opinions, we called back for a refund. The lady was very reluctant to give refund, wanted to have the car brought in and the tints removed. Poor customer service and poor quality job. Will not be getting a refund as we do not trust them to uninstall the tint properly. Horrible first experience and will not be returning again. For 350 dollars this was not worth it.

I honestly like the work they do on the cars I've taken all my cars here that said IDK what they have going on I've called several times and they don't answer the phone and left msgs for an appointment and yet to hear back from them so I finally gave up and took car else where.

I had my BMW windows done by Tony and it turned out amazing! This is the 4th vehicle I've had them do over 15+ years, and everytime it has turned out great! Not only that, but his work lasts a long time which is why I keep coming back! Elsa is very sweet and accommodating! They make a great team! Tony is very cool and takes pride in his work! Just picked up the car from getting the windows tinted and the car ceramic coated. When I arrived to pick it up, I was mind blown. They knocked it out of the park, and I couldn't be happier! They truly did an exceptional job! I've been coming to Masons for 20 years and I absolutely 110% recommend Mason's for all your tint, detailing, and ceramic coating requests.
