Placed an order 9/29. It's now 3 1/2 weeks later and order hasn't shipped and nobody answers the phone at Athletic Stuff. I'm afraid they have scammed me. Beware!!!

I have only had one transaction with them but I would be very careful. I specifically asked if something was in stock because I needed it for an event. They told me 100% it was and then it never arrived. After chasing a couple of times they told me it was out of stock and I would have to wait.

So I ordered a medicine ball from here, via Amazon. I got notification it had been delivered -- to a totally different state -- due to an error with the shipping guys! I sent a quick message via Amazon, and next thing I know, the situation is 100% fixed, and 100% perfect.You have to realize, this is during the height of quarantine, when everything is out of stock, people are working crazy hours, and there's no staff to help with anything. Jason and his guys took great care of me, and I can't recommend this company enough.People don't have to be perfect, and either do companies. But when people care about people, and when companies care about people and what they do, it makes all the difference.Looking forward to shopping with these guys again. 100% would recommend. (Also, the medicine ball is bad*ss)

Came in box that was totally damaged, taped together and product hanging out. Scuffed and abraded. Various parts looked as if it had old chlorine on it. They said it was the glue???? I don't have time for their lipservice or explanations.
