Feb 3rd I dropped off a disposable camera to be developed. When I filled out the form it asked for my cell number, me assuming they would call when ready since OTHER Walgreens do call when photos are ready. No one was at the counter while I filled out this information at the photo section so I couldn’t ask.2 weeks go by and no call so Today Feb 17th I went it to see if the camera had been developed. I waited for 15 mins until someone assisted me. They asked how could they help and I explained “Hi, I dropped off a camera on Feb 3rd and I haven’t received a call and the associate interrupted me saying plainly “we don’t call”. I said Okay…. She asked for my last name and gave me the photos.To be honest she looked over worked and miserable to be there. I understand working in customer service is an absolute draining experience, but for the nice guests who mean well it’s not a pleasant experience. I hope this Walgreens finds an incentive for their associates to be happier.

Last time I went to pick up COVID meds and had to wait over forty min for a script called in way before I got there. I was sick and many cut in line. It was painful

I was panicking about getting photos made of a love one that had recently passed away. Isabel came to the rescue and helped me though the process. She was patient and efficient. Isabel took all my worries away, Thank you for all you did to help me.

They over charge? I paid $21 for some pepto bismol pills ........ I called and they said everything is over priced in store than online. So they expect us to buy online and do curbside?

Placing a customer on hold five times during one phone call is completely unacceptable. I understand that the pharmacy is busy but picking up the phone and saying, “Pharmacy, please hold,” or saying nothing at all and not allowing the customer to respond before placing them on hold 5 times is not good customer service. Provide an option that provides customers a call back when someone is available to speak to them if you’re that busy. Not sure I want to have my prescription sent here anymore.

Worst service ever, there is an Asian woman working in this store ,today I was asking her to unlock the cabinet to get the baby milk powder and she took out the size of 16OZ that’s not what I want ,so I asked her nicely if they had 12OZ ,,she told me NO!Immediately,and walked away ,when she left I saw there was one left in the cabinet ,so that means she didn’t even check ,or she just got blind on that moment ,obviously she must got blind ,If she could saw this review,just want to tell her ,if you didn’t want to work ,just go home and sleeping on your queen size bed then nobody would ask you to do anything, I’m not your dad,and not taking your attitude like that

One of the worse Walgreens in the area, customer service is bad. Some employees have a terrible attitude, they should not work in customer service .

I had an 6 hour major back surgery. The Pharmacist named Kim is a extremely unprofessional person. I tried in the past to fill my prescription and was rejected because Ms. Kim indicated that she had to do some research on my surgery in order for me to get my pain medication. I found this to be unethical because she's doubting my surgeon. I decided to go to a different pharmacy. Recently my Pain Management doctor indicated that he only uses Walgreens. It's been a couple of years since I have dealt with Ms. Kim. This narcissist did the same thing also told me that I could not get my script filled there. I had to go to another Walgreens to get my medication. I totally feel that this woman needs to be reprehended of her actions towards people of whom she wants to judge that should not be able to acquire their medication. I totally percent feel that she is a racist based on what I have seen in regards to other customer relationships that I have witnessed. My ethnicity is not important, what's important her honoring her oath that she took at the California State Board of Pharmacy.

I go to this store with my mom pretty often to get some supplies and notice some workers not being helpful at all they just talking and one of them extremely care with customers. The store not bad pretty organized and we always get the stuffs we wanted. Speaking of customer service, linda I believe was so helpful, we didn't ask her help but she noticed that my mom was looking some vitamins and she offered the help. We also need to pick up some medications at pharmacy and the line was so long and the same lady Linda went inside the pharmacy help to check out some customers. It just I think cvs has better selections rather than walgreens when it comes to make up and beauty

Slow. Unresponsive to expressed need for timely action resulting from time zone consideration. Required visiting out-of-state customer to delay other travel plans to depend on text communication to retrieve prescriptions. All meds required are common stock items. Presentation of request was made at the slowest possible customer traffic time of day. As writing, over 2 1/2 hours after requested and meds not yet available. Then store hung up on my phone call without speaking with me.
