The moment I entered, one of their reps, Art, offered his assistance. He was very helpful to me in finding the right walking tennis shoes I was searching for. I had planned to purchase one pair, but I ended up buying 2 pairs of tennis shoes. One from Hoka, the other Basics. The prices are more expensive but the quality is best.

If you’re like me, you started doing online research to pick a new running shoe and got quickly overwhelmed. I figured it would be worth it to get an expert opinion and try on lots of options in person. I’m so glad I did at Run with us. Arthur helped me find a great pair of hybrid trail/ road shoes, and even helped me realize my previous pair were a half size too small. I also found a great hydration vest for longer runs and trail runs and a pair of sunglasses that don’t bounce around. I took all of my new gear out for a spin with a 10k trail run to Joan’s peak in sierra madre and I was comfortable and prepared the whole way up and down. Thanks to Arthur for the great service: he brought me lots of options and sizes after looking at my current pair of shoes, doing a digital foot analysis, and listening to what kind of running I was planning. They take the time to help you out without any pressure. It also seems like they have great options for shoes for walking and standing all day.

Amazing shop- I went in and was helped within minutes. Arthur noticed my over pronation and helped me get some shoes that helped with stability and foot support. I went for a run in them today and they were great. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone looking to get new running shoes or any other running gear!

I was recommended to this store by Dr.DeLaCruz after my visit with him for my running injury upon my inquiry for a good store to get running shoes. I've never been to a specialized running store to do a gait analysis or a shoe fitting for that matter, I always assumed I knew my own foot. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I stepped in, Michelle took the reigns and let me tell you, she is an expert! I waited to do this review because honestly I wasn't quite convinced with the shoe Michelle recommended for me. It felt comfortable but it was different from what I have always worn. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus forever and that felt comfortable for me because that's what I have been use to BUT my body has been suffering injuries left and right. Foot numbness, plantar fasciitis, and more recently a bad strain. Michelle explained what I may need based problems and preferences I explained to her and also the results of my gait analysis and found the perfect shoe for me. I have been wearing them for about two weeks now and my foot loves this shoe! No numbness, lots of roomy space but still gripping my foot and my arch is supported in a way I enjoy and didn't realize I needed. Strangest part of this whole process is I have been wearing a 6.5 shoe and never knew I have one smaller foot and one larger one I need a 7.5 to avoid all above mentioned problems. I learned so much about my foot. Wearing my Pegasus now feels so strange, so tight and lacking support. I feel as if I have a better gait now and I am excited to come back in a few months once my injury heals to do a new gait analysis and get a new pair of shoes. Thanks Michelle, Ill try to make it to one of the DogHausRunningClub or RunWithUsPasadena runs after my marathon.

You can find the athletic wear they offer at other places. But you'd have to go to a lot of places to find it. RWU has high quality, the best of the best athletic wear, all in one place. The store is small, but packed, service is great!!!

Arthur is AWESOME! I came in with a very specific question about what I could do to stop the numbing in my toes on my right foot. He put me through a few diagnostic tests and observations, then recommended a few stabilized shoes. I had been running on neutral shoes previously which were causing the problem. I bought 2 new pairs and both work like a charm. Run With Us is a real running store that has real runners working there. I've been to a few other chain locations in LA and have had bad experiences at all of them. I can't say enough about Arthur in particular and Run With Us. If you are serious about running you need to visit this store!!!

Sales person was not helpful, he was loudly chewing gum with his mouth open, took 15-20 minutes in the back supposedly looking for shoes to show me, then brought out shoes that were not even my size. He seemed more interested in his phone than helping me find suitable shoes, and did not offer to measure my feet on the machine they have there.
