Went to urgent care for what I thought was a bug bite getting worse, turned out to be Shingles! The nurse and Doctor were very quick to diagnose the problem and were very thorough with the treatment to follow as well as friendly.

Kaiser Foothill Pasadena is amazing. The best part is tge parking is free and that's a big plus. Nice clean facility and the staff is always friendly. Free parking is a major plus , because as it is we pay enough for premiums, prescriptions, parking at other Kaiser locations. This location is a hidden gem.

You will not be seen by a doctor when you need to. You can compose a message. Your doctor will never read it. You are one of a thousand patients she has. Someone with excellent reading skills will write back in a day or two to say that you have symptoms that require a review by a nurse. Shocker … cause you just wrote your doctor to wish her a happy spring day.Then you will get calls, two, three days laters. Always a different person. You will explain your problem 50 times. If the nurse is nice, she will say “you poor thing” and hand you off to another one. If she’s a power tripping witch, she will send you to urgent care.They could not care less if you thrive lol or your insides implode. If you can afford it, you owe it to yourself to get anything but Kaiser Permanente insurance. It’s a racket.

I had an accident and had to go to kp Pasadena twice to get my wounds checked and my stitches removed. The facility is clean and well organized. I saw Dr Rossi and Dr Aghayan explain everything with patience and the nurse Marisela helped me through these two visits in a courteous and professional manner.

I was Refered to a family practice person (judging by the options when I emailed back)Perfectly adequate for a GP or PCP. but I need more help…

Persistence counts. Did a number of readings until finally I was able to relax and ended up with a 135/89 reading which made everyone (nurse + Me included) very very happy. Thank you so very much KP for helping to "make my day"!
