This place is the best. I have been to at least 4 different detailers in the Pasadena/Burbank area and once I came to Downtown Auto Detail, I have only been coming here. They are straight up, very thorough and affordable. They even cleaned up a bunch of external scratches, which blew my mind. Highly recommended!

The guys at Downtown Auto Detail did impeccable work on both of the vehicles that I had them detail. They detailed my Buick Enclave and Toyota Prius, but I've also seen high-end luxury vehicles (looking great) on their lot. The job they did cleaning the engine of my Prius made for an awesome "before and after" example; we'd just had bodywork done on the Prius so the outside looked great but the engine was ugly dirty before their cleaning. It was also good to work with them because they were able to accommodate my schedule by getting the work done the same day I called.

Great job, car looked nearly brand new! Owner was extremely friendly and quick to respond. Got a full detail + engine clean up + scratch removal (buffed) for $250. Highly recommend!

I went to Downtown Auto Detail and the detail was incredible (and my car really needed it). The outside and inside and engine are very clean and look like new. Héctor was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Hector and the team did a fantastic job detailing my husband's car. The car hadn't been washed or cleaned in a long time, but they took it in stride. When it was done, it shone on the inside and out. The team even fixed and improved things I hadn't noticed were problems: clearing out the cloudy film on the headlights and aligning a panel near the bumper that was out of place. I wanted the car to look great for our wedding and "Just Married" decorations, and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys!

Great service. Owner was very nice, agreed to work within my schedule, and didn't try to upsell me on services. I went for interior detailing only, but he also threw in a basic wash on the outside, it was very kind :) Prices for interior detailing are very competitive (I called around many nearby places), so you can be sure you are getting a good deal there. The best part was, when I went to pick up my car, the owner was just happy to show me what a good job he had done, and my car indeed was the cleanest it has ever been! It is nice when you can tell the person doing a service for you actually takes pride and joy in his work. Would highly recommend

This place is amazing...unbeatable prices for the quality of his auto detailing!! This was my second time coming to him, with an especially dirty vehicle loaded with dog hair from my Bulldogs, and he did NOT disappoint! ??

I went to go get an engine clean up on top and bottom. The problem is that these folks are careless and don't know what they are doing. I have a LED headlight conversion kit installed in front of my vehicle around the headlights under the hood. These folks did not cover any of the electrical connections so my lights went out. To make it really short, I had to pay for a mechanic to find out that one of the fuses was blown. The water/chemical they put all over the engine created a short in the LED lights circuit so that cost me extra money. The folks here are very nice but the job was done in an unprofessional way.

It's great for these reasons: - The work is excellent. Made the car I took in look like brand new. - It was ready when they said it would be. - The price was reasonable. The tip I left was appreciated, but not expected. - There wasn't some silly long line to get it done, as there has been with some smaller "boutique" detail shops around here. I highly recommend.

I brought my car here at the end of my lease before the inspector came to evaluate it. Prices were great and lower than most places I had called. I wish I can remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was super sweet and seemed to really care about doing a great job. I couldn't believe how amazing my car looked when I picked it up. Even a couple of days later once the inspector saw my car, he said it was in one of the best conditions he had seen that week. This is all thanks to the other reviewers! I honestly would have never found this place (it is super tiny with not much advertising).
