This CVS pharmacy has become very unprofessional. I will never go there again. In December, I was diagnosed with Covid. My doctor at the Urgent Care prescribed Paxlovid to me. We called this CVS pharmacy to ask if my Rx is ready and a woman said we can come inside to pick it up. The pharmacy never told us on the phone that I had to stay outside so I thought they needed me to come in to prove my identity to pick up my Rx. I was masked. I kept social distance of 6 feet from anyone except my boyfriend. I did not talk. There was no sign at the front of CVS saying that I could not enter. While my boyfriend was speaking to a pharmacist that is Asian just like me, we noticed he was irritated and agitated and angry. It was very uncomfortable. He told my boyfriend that I need to go outside, that I had to wait outside and they will call me when it is ready. They didn't say I couldn't come back. We went outside to wait but no one called after over 30 minutes. We called again and a woman answered and she said it is ready and we can come inside. She never said I couldn't come back inside. We went back inside and the next thing I know every pharmacist in there including the head pharmacist said I had to go outside but they were yelling from the back so that everyone in line could hear and know what I was there for and the pharmacist tried to incite fear in the people in line. The big head pharmacist was looking at me angry and said I was jeopardizing everyone's health in there. What?! I WAS VERY CONFUSED. Those people were picking up Rx too for God knows what as it's none of my business. SO, ONLY MY PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED. I was very scared because I am Chinese and I felt that they ALL, pharmacists and customers in line, were going to attack me. Luckily my boyfriend is Caucasian and very tall and strong and he was able to defend me. I am still traumatized by this experience and I will never go back to this CVS again. I don't care about their Pumpkin Patch or Rodney's Ribs anymore. We used to go to this CVS and Pumpkin Patch a lot, all the time. I HATE this CVS now and I think anyone who does not tolerate racism should not go to this CVS or this entire lot ever again. For the record this is for ZERO stars but Google makes me enter something so I can post this review. So as not to get into more details but we reported them to CVS HQ, and someone from the pharmacy called us a few months later and gave a half a** apology saying "I was told to call and apologize. Do you have something to say to me?" with the same attitude described above: Irritated and agitated and angry. It was very uncomfortable. We thought "WHAT??!!?" Were they expecting us to apologize? NO I DON'T THINK SO. I think we just said "no". Nothing would change what they did to me. I feel disgusted and disturbed by this whole ordeal and after seeing more bad reviews about this pharmacy, I wished to add my review for transparency. I hope I have helped others by telling my story. Thank you.

I had a large bill for some reason neither cashier had the key to change it and was calling for assistance and the person never responded the other cashier saw me getting irritated and immediately service me at her register SOLUTION SOLVING AND THINKING OF THE CUSTOMER TIME I APPRECIATED THAT I WAS ANOUT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND LEAVE THE ITEMS???

If you see a young lady with highlights she does not know her place she walked out when I arrive the mature lady and man are respectable people of god go to them . Fadt service just grab and go

I will never use CVS Pharmacy again. They don't care about the patients, they don't take pride in their work, and they are not helpful but yet belligerent. I will be switching pharmacies today.

TERRIBLE SERVICE from its PHARMACY representatives. Do not go to this one if you expect to have medication given to you on time. I’ve been told by pharmacy representatives that they will communicate with my doctor for an important refill but no communication between my Dr and the representatives. I have done my share my doctor. Still my refill has not been refilled

Very unprofessional behavior by store management. Dealing with store manager Martha and especially pharmacy manager Chad is like dealing with immature fourteen-year-olds who take no responsibility for their actions or those of their teams.

Unfortunately the place is a dump. Homeless people outside the store, the place looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months, the blood pressure machine they have says out of order, the chairs they have to wait at the pharmacy are 3 different unmatched chairs pulled from wherever, and everything on the shelf is overpriced. But if you can put up with it they have what you need.

Waited two hours here for a picture order I had placed a week earlier and had been emailed that it was ready. The poster did not come out as I wanted, and I was still forced to pay full price. This place is my personal hell.

I had items of about $200 as I often spend this amount or more at cvs.i had 2 coupons for 35% off sent to me through text and email of which I added to my card.i do have 3 accounts from 15 yrs with CVS.2 have the same number 1 has different number. My 35% coupons were sent to 2 of the accounts and 30% off was sent to 1 of the accts.after the cashier rang my items none of these coupons would come up on any of the 3 accts. She seemed annoyed and acted as if should just pay the full price nearly $200.I asked if she could please get help because I came here for this reason of saving 35% off my full purchase.as the line got longer behind me She reluctantly called a manager after she realized I wasn't going to pay full price or leave.The manager couldn't find the coupons on card and tried to enter the manually. None of the three worked! Them why did they send them to me? Why are they clear as day on my phone with code numbers and which card they are attached to.they offered no "sorry maam it out of our hands" or better yet "you can try printing your coupons over there while we hold your items." Or " here's the number for customer service . Call them on Monday " no just staring at me waiting for me to pay the total of which I should have been saving 35% on. Nope no apology or solution.they both stared at me like I was the 1 to blame.i wasted an hour there searching through their poorly stocked disorganize store.seriously don't go here. go to another cvs. You will then see the difference.i left all items and walked out. After all that i now see in the faqs on cvs.com they could have suggested that i print the coupon at the store coupon printer! horrible customer service!unless the management changes I will not be back to this location.

If I can give it zero stars I would because of Chad!!! The pharmacist he sounded drunk over the phone and mom was there indicating he was not Present neither! Very unprofessional considering were calling from the hospital to aid mom whom took time off work to get her child's meds! Apparently he's the manager and feels some kind of power high he needs to be let go and have someone whom actually cares for their people and community.

Worst cvs ever I constantly everytime I call wait for hours just to speak to a pharmacist and they often fucking hang up on me literally everytime or there is always something wrong with the meds and need clarity from the doctor it's bullshit yet when I go there they talk to me right away I'm so fucking sick of this place I've been on hold currently for a hour and 20 minutes and this is every time DONT even get ur meds filled here
