I brought my 7 year old chihuahua because in petsmart they didn't want to take her because "she was nervous". When we got to blue ribbon they were so patient with my baby, gave her some treats and petted her until she felt comfortable. They did an amazing job with her. Since then they got my appreciation and loyalty and continued bringing my chihuahua and my weimaraner here. I highly recommend bluebribbon over petsmart

First time customer on an otherwise good recommendation from a friend. He totally blew the grooming - the worst groom my dog has had in 2 years. I mean it literally looked like a 2 year old was let loose with shears. Patchy bare spots on my dogs chest, uneven squares off ears that looked like a joke, and worst of all he cut the dogs nails to the quick and they were bleeding! Honestly I hate to leave bad reviews but this groomer is a total joke. He must've know it because he wouldn't let me get the dog first I had to pay and only then he brought the dog out. Horrific experience AVOID THIS GROOMER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!!!!

We used Blue Ribbon Grooming today for our Jack-a-Poo "Lightning" earlier today. Issac was able to get us in at a convenient time and he did a wonderful job. The prices were fair and the quality was top notch!

Tried to reach a different place, but they wouldn't answer my email. So called Blue Ribbon Grooming and they were booked for Thursday, but had an opening Saturday. My poor dog was shedding so bad and her nails were long. She loves to roll in the dirt too! The proprietor took her in on time Saturday, called when she was done. She looked beautiful, he did so much furminator. Very reasonable prices for a large long hair dog, I gave him a good tip. I will definitely go back and probably take my cat next time.

I'm grateful that they take both CAT and DOG clients!I recently adopted a cat named Eve, and needed help trimming her nails for the first time. I called several groomers before Blue Ribbon, and they were rude to me and had blaring music in the background. I called Blue Ribbon and was told, "you should take the 8:30 appointment because we're having a big dog come in at 9, and I don't want your cat to get scared." Huge props to the owner's professionalism and consideration!I wish I could have seen how he cut my cat's nails so I could have learned, but he must have been able to get her to sit still without too much distress because he reported that she did not yowl, bite, or attack him. The service was done very quickly, maybe less than 5 minutes in total. I was impressed! I'm definitely scheduling more grooming appointments here for Eve in the future.

I brought Bailey over to Alice's Dog Park in the morning and she got really muddy. I called around walking distance places and Isaac was ready to take Bailey in immediately for a groom session. Asked for a short trim/clean cut, nail trim, and bath. Isaac did a great job for an affordable price. We were very happy with the services. Now Bailey looks clean and is ready for the holidays!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had a great experience with Blue Ribbon! He was super gentle with my (very squirmy) cat and despite me saying I didn’t care how she looked, he still went out of his way to give her a presentable cut.

DO NOT! AND I MEAN DO NOTTTTTTTTTT bring your dog for a grooming service here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i picked up my 6 month old puppy 2 days ago from his grooming appointment at this salon the second i got him he was crying and whining nonstop!!! he was very quiet when we got home and seemed very scared. 2 days later and i'm petting him, i reach his ear and there's a huge BUMP on the edge of one of his ears ... they cut my dogs ear on the edge!! no wonder he was crying and we didn't know what it was from. i will stress this out: DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE unless if u want to pick it up hurt. what a shame.

I cannot rave enough about Blue Ribbon Grooming in Pasadena. Issac is a gentle and FANTASTIC groomer. I thought my English Golden had an ear infection and Issac confirmed it. He cleaned out the ear extremely well and he had some over the counter medication, which I purchased at a very reasonable price, and it cleared up my dog’s ear within days.I now also have a labradoodle pup and I look forward to tomorrow when he will be groomed by Issac. If you are seeking out a groomer I HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Grooming!

I am so glad I found this shop! I adopted my dog in Februrary, so he's only had one other grooming. At the Big Box, because they were (suspiciously) the only place open during the shut-down. It was time for another grooming for my short-haired pup (who is shedding loads during this heat wave), and fate brought me on a road detour right past Blue Ribbon Grooming. So, I jotted down the number and called.So happy I did! Professional, safe, sanitary, compassionate, patient, reasonably priced. What more can I say? Oh, I know: my dog is very skittish. He is a rescue and very fearful of new situations. After Big Box, he was a bundle of nerves and passed out from stress when we got him. After Blue Ribbon, he just seemed happy to be home and ready to have a drink of cold water. They were patient with him and understood he's a little scaredy-cat. They took excellent care of him and I will never go anyplace else. 5 STARS, easily.

Fantastic! work I highly recommend taking your pet here. Isaac is the bomb. Great guy and he's really helpful and always full of great advice. It's obvious he has a ton of experience. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. You can go there with confidence :D

I brought my fur babies for the First time to Blue Ribbon Grooming today 9-7-19 . I cannot be more happy, they did a fantastic job on my dogs They came home happy and not withdrawn so I know they were treated right that's a plus. :) The reviews were right on I'm glad I decided to come here. Also Isaac kindly fit my other dog in for a groom as my other one had an appointment already which I made the same day, thank you for that Isaac. I will definitely be returning again, Their prices are fair as well. Come give them a try you will not be sorry.
