This is such an awesome music store! All the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager and Silver and Lou are great and took the time to get me the sheet music I was looking for. I feel they went above and beyond to find the right key of the songs and played them for me on the computer to double check.
I would highly recommend this store for all your music needs, including instruments.

Excellent customer service! They helped me find the music that I needed. While they do not repair keyboard workstations, they did some research and found me a couple of store options nearby to help with that. I will definitely be back!

They grabbed the piano book I needed when I called in, and it was super quick and easy! Had the book I needed in my hands 15 minutes later. Great customer service and happy to support Bertrand's!
