Shop couldn’t help take off tire due to broken tool. Not a problem, but service by young female was not good, responded with attitude on the phone and in person. Young man who tried helping us out hit the side of our car with tool as he was pulling. Cracked the edge and did not acknowledge nor apologize for scuffing it. Was worried more about his tool than hitting someones car.

We price checked surrounding areas and they checked out the best! We’ve come here numerous times for different little things and they’ve always been so friendly and helpful. Today we bought tires for our Tahoe and the price was perfect and the service was top notch! Very nice people.

It's Saturday... 4:55 pm and it's a 3 day holiday weekend, defiantly not a great moment for a flat. However, we through a haul marry and called just to see if there was any possibility we could get help for some customers of ours we are towing (Michaels Towing, Reedley CA) from Kings Canyon National Park, CA back down to the Parlier CA area. By my complete surprise, the owner gave us her personal cell phone and said call after hours and THEY WOULD COME BACK! Im completely floored! This is going above and beyond by ever stretch of imagination.. this is one tire, not even a large job - meaning not a huge profit margin. Just wow. Thank you Best Tires In Town, Parlier CA. You deserve 10 Stars.
