Came in for an estimate and met with Carlos and Hector. Both men were professional and kind. Carlos, the estimator, took time to explain how each part of the vehicle needs to be inspected and did an amazing job at looking for the small details. Hector was knowledgeable on the business time frame for repairs and was friendly. I definitely recommend coming to this shop for their professionalism, honesty, and, most importantly, humbleness.

Had good experience with Xclusive collision. Although I didn’t have to get any vehicle work done through them, it was easy to work and communicate with them. Cindi was helpful, communicative and resourceful.

Even though my car might be wrecked i love coming to xclusive they sure live about the name xclusive. The service is fun and easy goin and the office sure make it clear and simple to get the paperwork done and treat me like i matter. A big shout out to cindi and anayeli for ther help and courtesy. I have been to Xclusive Auto a few times and would never go anyplace else. My person that's helping me, her name is Cindi , and I couldn't have asked for a better person to be helping me through the process of taking care of my vehicle. She is kind, patient, and very understanding. She is very efficient and cares about her customers and making sure that everything is done to the customers expectations and then she goes above and beyond. I just want to shout out to everybody who works there, I don't know everybody by name but I would recommend this company above all it an A +++++++ on customer service. Xclusive auto collision is the place I took my car when I got into my accident. They were super helpful and took good care of my car. Anayeli helped me out she was super helpful and nice she responded to any of my questions or concerns about my car . I recommend coming to this location they did an amazing job !

Francisco and Alex were so friendly. They helped me get my car fixed after I got into a little fender bend. They did an amazing job, and I am so thankful they were able to help me. To top it off, I got my car on time.
