Horrible place no customer service. We waited for 30 minutes and asked 3 people for help and none of them showed up.

Came in today to get some stuff to fix a roof , Javi was so kind and helpful. I had very minimal idea of what I needed just came with a list from my contractor and he was so knowledgeable and helped me find everything so qucikly ! Thank you for being so on it. He was literally helping so many people back to back, could tell he loves what he does !

I just left the Home Depot. I was there to exchange my beloved Husky tools that broke on me. At the customer service desk, I got a little bit of hard time about the receipt for a lifetime warrantied tool however this worker Dave showed up and save the day with the even exchange. I was told to go to isle 21 to grab my tool and go back to the customer service desk. After several walk between the isles I decided to ask for help from the workers around but I was told it was out of stock without even them even looking. When I gave up and walking to exit, I seen this dude Dave and told him what happened. He decided to check the isles and found the item that I was eagerly want to exchange. BE LIKE DAVE.

One star all around. I came here on Friday for a tool cabinet and waited 20 min for someone to come help me. Once they did they said they might have one on a pallet but if so the builder isn't there and not sure when they could have it, if they do have one. Recommended I go to another Home Depot and then went on to another customer. Terrible service and won't shop here again.

To the young black gentleman working in the paint department on Sunday December 31st at 9am time, if you dont like your job why come here with a bad attitude, just because you dont like your job doesn't mean you have attitude with all your costumers...bad costumer service
