“If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. KnK has serviced my cars for over 10yrs so this review is long over due. Alberto (head mechanic) and Jason (owner) always go above and beyond. Alberto is very knowledgeable. I never feel that he is recommending unnecessary work or trying to upsell me. They are honest which is important to me as I'm someone who knows very little about cars and their prices are fair and reasonable. I have since moved 30 miles away from this shop but I will still drive the 30 miles to have my car serviced by Alberto and his team. “Very good shop with knowledgeable staff! Russel has been in the air cooled business forever! His shop designed and built parts are high quality and designed to last for years. Cry once they said, so I did, and I’m a very happy customer. I will never buy the cheap look-a-like parts from other suppliers. Kits are just parts gathered together to make the “kit” but if the shop doesn’t use the parts on their own VW’s or doesn’t know what they are doing, then it’s a disaster waiting. Don’t buy brake kits from anyone else but Old Speed!”
“Dennis is an unbelievably honest mechanic. His work is always on point. He is way cheaper than the dealer with equal quality work. I've taken 4 vehicles to him: 2002 Dodge Ram, 2009 Chevy Uplander, 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and 2016 Honda Pilot. Big or small job, he gets it done at a fair price. I sent a friend to him and he took good care of him, so I know he is fair and honest with anyone that comes to his shop. He has a calm softspoken manner about him and he knows cars.”

“Great Service!!! I had a shifting problem on my 2015 infinity Q50. I took it to infinity dealer and got a quote/estimate for $5900. The dealer wanted to replace the entire transmission. $5900 plus labor. I decided to get a secondary opinion and brought it to C&A. The technician test drove my vehicle and hooked up his scantool/computer and gave me a quote of $600. He told me $600 and it was going to take him 2 days to remove the valve body and repair it and then install it..........I returned 2 days later and my car was shifting like it was shifting when i first bought it brand new in 2015... The technician(Manny) really knows what he is doing!”

“Fair price for tire rotation and prompt service and even used a torque wrench to snug the lug nuts down to the correct spec. Only reason I could not give 5 stars is because I asked for the tires to be roared in the rear tires to the front and cris cross the front tires to the back. The gentleman informed me that he couldn't do that since my tires were radial and they would develop bumps and wear out. I didn't want to argue with the man as he seemed well intentioned but I got the tire rotation right off the tire manufactures website.”
