I was trying to transfer a prescription to Rite Aid, 8 hours later and they still hadn't done it. I called and the pharmacist was very short with me, refused to transfer it and then hung up. I called back, was hung up on again, so I called the store manager and finally got it taken care of. Will never go back to wallgreens.

I'm a Paradise resident. Picture the time and the day of the week---3 pm on a Monday. I was greeted by the head clerk when I entered the store. First time in here in years because my insurance carrier redirected me to Walgreens. Admittedly a bit apprehensive as I approach the pharmacy counter because of some of the reviews I had read. One person in line, and he's being attended to in an efficent manner. A young lady calls me to another window, and she is quite pleasant. Asks me my name and "would you kindly enter your phone number?" I do so and discover my old number from before the Camp Fire is on record. The clerk quickly secures my prescription and handles the transaction with delicacy and courtesy. Top marks in every department, and I look forward to returning.

The female personal behind the counter today at around 1:pm or so is extremely rude and unprofessional....we were denied tips for our insulin pens because she said it's at the pharmacists discretion

So I just went in to the Walgreens in paradise California it is the 1st time that I have been in there in a while I used to be a regular but after today's experience I will never ever return to the store again. The young lady that was at the cash register was so very rude and unpleasant that I just wanted to get out of the store as quick as possible. She couldn't even be bothered to put a fake smile on as I sat there and continued dissmile and be very pleasant towards her. The minute another employee got in line behind me and she turned to talk to him she put a smile on her face was chipper upbeat and very pleasant with him until she came back to me and any other customer in her way. Just very disappointed in this store!

Great staff! Pharmacy staff are compassionate and on top of their game! Way better than the Rite Aid pharmacy on the ridge. Glad I made the switch.

Could work better in the pharmacy. My fill date sometimes falls on awkward days and it’s been difficult as of late to fill on my proper day. I did truly appreciate the fact that my pharmacist was actually at the Chico pharmacy when I went in there though. I do hope they’re open on Thursday with holiday hours since that’s my fill date and they won’t fill a day early because of it. It’s frustrating to say the least. But they’ve been pretty good about it.

I have had nothing but good relations with the people who work here and the pharmacy staff are always eager to assist in any way, they work hard and probably don't get paid enough for some of the the people they have to deal with.
